This location is awful and keeps going downhill. My boyfriend often places mobile orders and when he arrives at the time provided, its never ready. Workers seem miserable and inconvenienced whenever they need to assist a customer, and I genuinely hate coming to this store. No one here is friendly and orders are often made incorrectly.

Chips are stale. Rice was undercooked. Manager not wearing a mask. Steak tasted weird. The tables were dirty. It was a mess. I'm very disappointed.
Very disappointed to walk in to Moe’s to see all employees with absolutely no mask on, talking over the food, and all the salsa out on the counter so everyone can touch when a full blown pandemic is going on. Walked out and went somewhere else. Take precautions!

I don't expect very much from a place like Moe's but this particular location is a consistent disappointment.Food is subpar, order is never right, staff is downright unfriendly. I know staff doesn't get paid very much but I treat you like a person, you can treat me like another human being.Not a one time thing, it's always like this when I go. I've decided that if I want Moe's bad enough I'll drive down to West Palm Beach.

Ordered a "Homewrecker". Chicken, Lettuce, Black Beans, 'guacamole' It was slapped together, the chicken was a weird consistency and the taste was almost sour. The lettuce was old and soggy. What a shame . Won't be coming back.

Moe's has never been a favorite of mine but we went ahead and did a take out order this past Saturday, July 17th.The location kind of stinks. The Gardens Mall is a rat maze and parking is usually dicey.The restaurant was clean and the staff was good, but not great. The portions are excellent and the prices are reasonable. They forgot to give my wife and I our salsa. My biggest complaint has always been the food is bland, it just doesn't stand out compared with any of the competition.
