Outback Steakhouses to me are generally pretty good places. Food is consistent, and you kind of know what to expect. I was disappointed in the searing. We had a large family get-together on Easter, 4 generations. Some of our group are hard of hearing, and we were seated at a long table(3 pulled together) with a booth on one side. It was difficult to have conversations with everyone included.The food was really good, better than the usual expectations.Like anything, though, the customer service and our waiter were excellent! That's what made our dinner great.(I do wish I knew his name)

waited 30 mins for a server to get our orders and was ignored by the staff. we were seated by the host and when we asked a server for someone available to take our order. we were forgotten and the waiter never came back. very disrespectful and inconsiderate ?☹️

After years of patronizing Outback Steakhouse on N. Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens FL, my family stopped patronizing said establishment because the service and food quality had significantly deteriorated and was deplorable.However, my family decided to give Outback another try on April 10 2024 following a multi-year absence. Although our meal took a while to be served and the steaks were over cooked and not prepared to our liking, the Proprietor, Tinasue Burchfield, went above and beyond to address our concerns and to make things right. Furthermore, the service received from our waiter, Wolfgang, was superb.If you too had written off this Outback location, I highly recommend giving the restaurant another try as the 'new' Proprietor demonstrated a strong commitment to service quality and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Because my family's dining experience went quickly from bad to good, we will be returning soon for another meal.

I ordered mild kukubara wings I received a disgusting order of wings with a funky seasoning that I did not like my order was delivered to me I normally order steak this is so awful I called the store the manager put me on hold for so long I must have been waiting 20 minutes and decided to hang up

My family and I went here on 3/31/24 Easter Sunday (Resurrection). There was no wait time and we were a party of 7 including 2 children. Our server Garrett was very attentive. Garrett waited patiently for our orders and he was friendly, funny and pleasant to talk too. When our food arrived there was some issues. Garrett immediately reported to the manager/partner Tina and she expeditiously corrected the issues. The food was great and pleasing to the eye. It was another server Blayn that brought our beverage out he was great and interacted with the children. All in all it’s a great atmosphere for a family. Food was great.
