It was a nice meal out it wasn't outstanding, but totally fine. I couldn't give it an honest five star. Too much chaos and it wasn't busy. Too many little bumps along the way.
The food was good except for the crispy noodles were stale. Service was poor, there was no one in the place, and it took a half an hour to get a drink.
The lunch special exceeded my expectations in terms of serving portions and value. Everything was prepared fresh and cooked to perfection.
We haven't been to PF Changs in a while. The service was excellent and the food was great. They have many vegetarian options. My tofu lo mein was absolutely delicious!
This location's interior is tired. We did not quite understand the booming club music at this establishment. We had wonton soup which was quite good and served hot. The egg rolls, however, were lukewarm...same with the edamame. Unfortunately, the restaurant is removed from our list of favorites.
I recently visited the Gardens location after quite some time and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The staff were upbeat and enthusiastic, recommending great drink specials and food. It's always a pleasure when the team is engaged—it really made the outing memorable.
Our food was delicious: we ordered and enjoyed a large wonton soup, and an order of chicken with broccoli. Service was friendly but uneven: we had to request plates and knives and then had to wait for both. I always expect a restaurant to understand that a platter of food requires dishes to actually put the food on, and the correct flatware with which to eat the food.
P.F.Chang's is not what it used to be. The food was good not great. The service was decent but not terrible. The overall restaurant was dingy and needed cleaning. But considering the lack of good Chinese restaurants in the area I would consider P.F.Chang's the better choice.
I have not eaten at P.F Chang in many years and i was shopping at Macy's so i decided to give it a try. I ordered an egg roll and shrimp. disappointing not flavorful at all, the egg roll fried too hard and fried shrimp and rice was nothing special. my local Chinese restaurant delivers a much better meal.
Except for the service, thanks to Brandon,I have nothing positive to say about the restaurant.

Awesome experience as usual. From the immediate greeting at the door to the fast searing. The waiter was attentive. Overall experience was excellent as usual.
It was a last-minute decision to have dinner on my birthday evening, but from the moment we walked in, the greeter, Jorane, was very friendly and accommodating. Jazmine, our waitress, went above and beyond. She made sure to ask if we had any allergies and gave us a separate menu with all the ingredients listed. She was very patient with us and made us feel truly cared for. She is exceptional at her job, something that's very difficult to find these days. Thank you both for making my evening so special.
