I had made a reservation with my kids and we were seated very close to the kitchen which was very loud. But my noodles were ok...the chicken was rubbery and juts seemed like reheated food. I expected better.
After taking a two year hiatus from eating at P.F. Chang's because of a perceived lower food, quality and portion size that started during Covid, I resumed eating there over the past several weeks. The portion size and food quality is terrific again! I will continue going there on a regular basis.
Great Service and delicious food!

Went to PF Changsha for dinner tonight, first timers. I made a reservation ahead of time but it didn’t go through, apparently. We got to the restaurant and the hostess was insanely rude but we were able to self seat in the bar right away. The hostess was our only negative experience, the rest of the evening was delightful.
Our server was Roberto and he was absolutely fantastic and very nice. My husband and I ordered off of the 3 course menu, I ordered egg drop soup and he ordered the salad. He didn’t care for the dressing so we swapped and I actually really enjoyed the salad, he loved the egg drop soup. We ordered the dumplings for our app, fried, and those were wonderful, although I did opt for a different sauce to dip them in. For our entrees, we ordered the Mongolian beef and teriyaki chicken and upgraded one of the sides to fried noodles. We both loved the Mongolian beef, the teriyaki not so much. It was more of a pineapple glaze and a bit too sweet for us. But my favorite was the lemon drop martini, sooo good I had to have another to be sure.
The restaurant was fairly busy and overall ambiance was wonderful. We enjoyed our visit, minus the hostess.

Our server, Mike, was the best! He was friendly, funny, courteous and professional. The food was good, as usual and the drinks were great. Loved the appetizers of lobster dumplings and sweet potato dumplings, seasonal. Will be back soon.
