Our food was delicious: we ordered and enjoyed a large wonton soup, and an order of chicken with broccoli. Service was friendly but uneven: we had to request plates and knives and then had to wait for both. I always expect a restaurant to understand that a platter of food requires dishes to actually put the food on, and the correct flatware with which to eat the food.

I have not eaten at P.F Chang in many years and i was shopping at Macy's so i decided to give it a try. I ordered an egg roll and shrimp. disappointing not flavorful at all, the egg roll fried too hard and fried shrimp and rice was nothing special. my local Chinese restaurant delivers a much better meal.

It was a last-minute decision to have dinner on my birthday evening, but from the moment we walked in, the greeter, Jorane, was very friendly and accommodating. Jazmine, our waitress, went above and beyond. She made sure to ask if we had any allergies and gave us a separate menu with all the ingredients listed.
