The employee named Dave who helped me and served me my food was very professional, nice and gave a truly great experience. I would recommend this establishment to anyone hungry!

We stopped in last night and, while waiting, noticed ants in and around the food—one was even carrying food away. At that point, we decided to leave immediately. It was both unsettling and disappointing, as we had been looking forward to dining there.

Josh and Elias are amazing & need a raise!!!!! Very satisfied! Great staff and food

The PE at this location was easy going, had fresh fed, we were able to sit outside at a peaceful environment.

Just leaving the restaurant so haven’t tried the food yet but the chicken looks dry like it’s been sitting a while. The help was no very friendly and was rushing me out of there like he had a line out the door and I was the only person there. Some customers service training might be helpful.

My first time ever eating from Panda Express and this was the worst experience ever the food is tasteless and the lo noodles taste old and drying the egg roll was greasy I don't think I'll ever try it again

My kid loves Panda Express he is always asking for it so we are avid customers, I don’t want to mention what we get because then we won’t find it because it’s already popular dishes, but it is definitely worth the price and taste. The service and attitude top notch very accommodating.

By far one of the worst locations I’ve ever been too. Super slow employees, never have food stocked except orange chicken. I had to wait over 20 minutes for grilled chicken. This is supposed to be quick service.

This location is the worst! They never have walnut shrimp available, the vegetables are over cooked and soggy , sprint rolls burnt. It's never acceptable. I've tried to eat here 4 times and never again! Why is this location at Alton so bad? The food is never fresh!

Best panda express

Panda Express has been a long staple in our family and still has never disappointed us. The food is always fresh and always in abundance. The staff are always extremely friendly

This is absurd and disrespectful. Every time we need to pick up orders at Panda Express, not once, not twice, not three times...........it is always extremely tiring and time-consuming. Employees are joking around, talking and not working. Slow employees. It is a terrible place to pick up orders. If you are hungry, do not order food at Panda because it will take a long time. It is absurd!

Service is really slow I spend about 15 to 20 mins waiting for lack of speed and man power is a bit annoying since I am limited on time for lunch. The food is alright but wait time is long if they are out of food and everyone seems to have one speed and the lines just get longer because of it. Disappointed to say the least.

This panda express honestly tops every other location I've been to , once entering I was already greeted and felt welcomed! , the food was very fresh and delicious! Definitely will be back for more and I most definitely recommend this location out of any other the environment was top notch and the service by the gentleman man here was 10/10 ? the gentleman I'd like to recognize to this review is ~ Andrew
