Another horrible experience at Panda. I don't know why we come back here. My daughter loves the food but the staff leaves so much to be desired. Never do takeout. Your order will be messed up and cold by the time it is given to you.

I wish I could call corporate. Lines are not efficient, need some guidance on how to manage this restaurant

During peak lunch hours there were only 4 employees working. I counted 18 ppl in the store either waiting for an item to be cooked or in line to place an order. You can clearly see that the employees were very frustrated having ppl in their ear about their orders. This definitely was not an employee issue, this is a management issue who should have had 1 or 2 more ppl on the schedule considering if a Thursday (payday) and it would be a little more busier than normal. Overall I thought the young man at the register and young lady doing orders handle themselves well.

Food was good, service was INCREDIBLE but whoever manages this establishment needs to be removed immediately! These poor workers are doing the best they can but it’s very clear they are understaffed hence the reviews talking about how long it took to get food. WARNING!!! Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes to actually sit down and eat. Do better management! Not a good look!

Deisy
I would like to recognize an exceptional Panda Express employee named Deisy for
her kindness and compassion. I am a caregiver for a special needs autistic man who also has Down syndrome and misophonia. Because of his sensory sensitivities, he wears headphones connected to my phone, listening to the sound of a fan so he can remain calm in public spaces.
On this particular day, the YouTube channel we normally use wasn’t loading, and he
became anxious. As we approached Panda Express, I happened to see an
employee—Deisy—walking toward the store. I asked if there was Wi-Fi available, and
though she mentioned maybe Starbucks next door could work, I explained that I had
already tried and it wasn’t connecting. I also shared the situation about my buddy’s
special needs.
Without hesitation, Deisy said she understood completely because her own son
has similar challenges. She kindly offered to let me connect to her personal hotspot so
my buddy could listen to his sound and feel comfortable. She went inside, retrieved her
phone, and helped me set it up. The connection worked immediately, and we were
finally able to go inside and get our take-out peacefully.
Her compassion, empathy, and willingness to help went above and beyond what
anyone would expect. She turned what could have been a stressful outing into a calm
and positive experience.
Thank you, Deisy, for your understanding heart and for representing Panda
Express with such genuine kindness. You made a real difference that day.

This has restaurant has become one of my wife's and I favorite places to eat. The staff is great. They are friendly, accommodating and make customers feel welcome. The food is good quality and a they have a nice menu variety.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is very attentive in keeping it clean and providing fresh food.

I even made it a point to tell the manager what a great job her and her staff were doing. As a customer its appreciated and noticed when eateries put in great effort.

I was there to pick up an order.And while I was there, I was very thirsty and asked for a glass of water to take with me.They told me I had to pay two dollars for a paper cup for water. The manager was the worst i've ever seen in my life.She was horrible.The whole place had a childish atmosphere and the manager was a mean.Snake I would never, ever go back there to eat.Let alone ask for free glass of water.After spending twenty five dollars for my food order
