I’m here a lot and it’s not a 5 star hotel but the people who work here and the consistency in the food makes this place one of my stops everyday! Caleb And Jordan are the best! The manager is nice and always working with everyone too which makes everyone happy customers and employees!

I got the $7 green smoothie, actually smoothies are the reason we chose here instead of Starbucks. I like that they have outdoor tables, parking can be tricky, and it’s way overpriced, which is the same at each location. Bagels have gotten smaller, but it seems the pastry is just as dry as when I opened the first Panera in Ohio, in 2000. Amazingly consistent! Honestly, the best thing on the menu is the bacon turkey bravo sandwich on tomato basil bread if you’re a meat eater. Wish they’d sell the bravo sauce so I could make fake meat sandwiches with their sauce and bread.

While some fast food places struggle with customer service, the team at Panera on PGA truly shines — especially thanks to one standout employee: Jon.
Jon is the kind of team member every business wishes they had. I’ve seen him step up countless times — whether it’s running to cover the register when no one is there, jumping in to make food when the kitchen is short-staffed, or cleaning up without being asked. He works hard, moves fast, and always does it with a great attitude.
Panera is lucky to have him. I do not know him but watched his work ethic.
