This Panera Bread is the best I’ve ever visited, and I’ve been to many across South Florida. The staff here are incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. Special thanks to Andrew, Zira, and Paula for their amazing service, though the entire team deserves recognition for their exceptional work. The food is always fresh and delicious—the sandwiches, soups, and pastries are amazing, and they serve the best coffee! This location truly stands out—thank you for making every visit so enjoyable!

I recently visited Panera Bread at 10:35 AM and had an unpleasant experience with the employee taking my order. I was hoping to order breakfast, but I was informed—rather abruptly—that breakfast ended at 10:30. While I understand policies are in place, the way the message was delivered felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
As someone who works in the plaza, convenience is important to me, and this interaction left a bad impression. A little kindness and flexibility go a long way in customer service, and I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for others.

Ordered your steak sandwich and I am very disappointed. Early any meat on there? There is more onion then steak. I will definitely not be returning to Panera Bread for a while.
If you are planning to order a breakfast sandwich at Panera's, Palm Beach Gardens PGA Blvd., make sure you are there before 10:30:00. Even though I was in line before 10:30 when the counter person (only one person at the register) got to me at 10:32, she told me they stopped the breakfast menu items at 10:30. She knew that I was in line and when I asked her if they would make an egg/cheese croissant, she said No!! She would not even ask her manager or the person that prepares the food. She just let me walkout as a dissatisfied prior Customer. When I worked in this business, it was all about Customer SERVICE!! Without the Customer, you will not need the Service. In this case, the Lack thereof.

Cozy place we found leaving Miami and heading to Orlando. Amazing service with the best bagel. On the other side of the street there is parking with space to charge an electric car.

It was a grub hub delivery so, no service staff involved. Your new basil BLT, supposed to have garlic aoli, um that was just mayo. No basil on it and you need to toast the bread. Also, something sweet on the bread I wasn't be to identify, but definitely didn't belong. The chicken wild rice soup without rice. Y'all need to do better. So disappointing for the amount of money spent.
