I'm partially deaf and the cashier seemed to be offended when I told her I couldn't hear what she said. And instead of repeating herself, she just stared at me.

Panera on Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is the worst. They have no ingredients to make the food. They ran out of bread, no bread bowls either at 6 pm. Then we received our order and they forgot the soup. When we called - they didn’t care at all. The girl who answered the phone answered “hello” like she was answering her personal phone. Then she just laughed when we said they forgot the soup. This location has bad reviews. I guess I’ll call corporate tomorrow to let them know how awful this location is. Manager and worker there today, 1/22, should be fired for sure. Really unprofessional employees.
Somewhere along the lines customers shouldn't feel I am a burden to buying something but customer service has been lost

Since the staff has changed, so has the respect . They question whether or service dog is a service dog after showing his card and he has his vest on.
