I'm partially deaf and the cashier seemed to be offended when I told her I couldn't hear what she said. And instead of repeating herself, she just stared at me.

Panera on Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is the worst. They have no ingredients to make the food. They ran out of bread, no bread bowls either at 6 pm. Then we received our order and they forgot the soup. When we called - they didn’t care at all. The girl who answered the phone answered “hello” like she was answering her personal phone. Then she just laughed when we said they forgot the soup. This location has bad reviews. I guess I’ll call corporate tomorrow to let them know how awful this location is. Manager and worker there today, 1/22, should be fired for sure. Really unprofessional employees.

Somewhere along the lines customers shouldn't feel I am a burden to buying something but customer service has been lost

Since the staff has changed, so has the respect . They question whether or service dog is a service dog after showing his card and he has his vest on.

This location is fantastic! The staff are always friendly and greet me when I walk in. The coffee is always good and well stocked station. I have a gluten allergy and originally only came in for the "Sips Club" But, I happened to see how they handled someone's food who had an allergy. I looked over their menu. There are only a few items that are gluten free. I stick mostly with a salad, I note that I have the allergy and EVERY TIME this team cleans the station, changes their gloves and handles my food with care and I've never gotten sick after eating here. I highly recommend this location and have made it a go to spot every week.

Vegetarian options: soups, salads, bakery items, sandwiches

Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy... the kiosk is super easy as you can enter your allergy and when you select your food it will tell you if its allergy friendly or can be modified to be allergy friendly. The staff changes their gloves and clean their station before making any food noted with an allergy alert.

Parking: free parking, small plaza, lots of spots!

Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu

Wheelchair accessibility: tables with wheelchair seating, armless chairs and booths

Panera Bread is a genuinely nice fast-casual dining experience that emphasizes fresh ingredients and wholesome choices. Whether you are stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack, Panera offers a welcoming environment with an impressive variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and bakery treats.

The atmosphere at Panera Bread is always relaxed and cozy, with a casual café vibe. The interior often features warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a layout that encourages you to settle in with a book or laptop. It is a popular spot for those who want to grab a bite while working or meeting up with friends for a low-key meal.

With Free Wi-Fi you will find many students looking for a place to work. The combination of fast service and a sit-down feel makes it ideal for a quick lunch or a more leisurely coffee break.
For those with dietary preferences, Panera’s menu includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten options, like the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich which is a favorite of mine. I often order the Soup and half sandwich too.

Panera Bread operates on a fast-casual model, where you order at the counter and pick up. This location has a self-service kiosk to order from.

Panera’s prices are slightly higher than typical fast food, but the quality of the ingredients and the overall dining experience make it worth the cost. Whether you are stopping in for a quick bite, picking up takeout, or settling in for a casual meeting or study session Panera Bread is a great place to do it all!!

Vegetarian options: This is one of my favorite reasons I like this restaurant, great choices
