Went there after getting contacts next door. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was there most popular sandwich. The bread was off the chart good but I was disappointed with the amount of chicken on the sandwich for the price. Tasty but overpriced in my opinion.

I never write reviews but this had to be said I went to this location for dinner tonight and the girl taking the order gave me the impression she didn’t want to be there I placed my order for dine in when my order was ready they called my name and handed me a bag I said it’s for here no apologies they just said well it’s in the bag but you can still eat here I go to my table to eat and I see a man lounging on the seats like he’s in his living room but the most disrespectful thing is he has no shoes or socks on my food went in the garbage I left

I had an amazing experience at Panera thanks to Angel, the manager. She is incredibly kind, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for both customers and staff. Angel made my visit feel welcoming and smooth from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that kind of leadership makes a huge difference. Panera is lucky to have her!

I come in daily and usually never complain about things but as of recently a lady who I assume to be the manager came up to another young lady while her head was down and said to her “If you’re not buying you need to leave and we don’t let stragglers lounge” I found this to be extremely disrespectful and a bad look for Panera. Might I add it was raining! Bad look guys!

It's mostly rude staff here, when they prepare your food the little boy will put the receipt on top of your food that is set on a plate.

It’s in a very busy area on Northlake Blvd. The restaurant is very quiet and quaint, customer service was very friendly and helpful especially with the orders. And my order came out very good no complaints. Overall experience was excellent.

I've had a first interaction with Kevin where he is intentionally rude and today he continues to do so. It is extremely unusual to go into a business and need to deal with a child employee who seeking to upset customers. It is usually that they allowed to continue and staff follow suit. I would give this business minus 5 that is a child and they obviously refused to make corrections.

I just need to say, Madi and her team did an exceptional job preparing a reckless amount of orders for my office in such a short period of time. All the while she kept a level head and treated each customer with respect and dignity. That is so rare now days, thank you all

I'm partially deaf and the cashier seemed to be offended when I told her I couldn't hear what she said. And instead of repeating herself, she just stared at me.

Panera on Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is the worst. They have no ingredients to make the food. They ran out of bread, no bread bowls either at 6 pm. Then we received our order and they forgot the soup. When we called - they didn’t care at all. The girl who answered the phone answered “hello” like she was answering her personal phone. Then she just laughed when we said they forgot the soup. This location has bad reviews. I guess I’ll call corporate tomorrow to let them know how awful this location is. Manager and worker there today, 1/22, should be fired for sure. Really unprofessional employees.
