Favorite Panera in the area

This is my favorite Panera store. I love the ambience and decor, not to mention the good food. It's airy, well lit and spacious. A delight to walk into.

Great cranberry walnut sandwich and tomato soup! The staff was friendly and helpful but the tables were all dirty.

Low quality food

Ordered online and picked up order only to realize they forgot an item. Went back with receipt and got total attitude with eye rolling from employee to get a refund. Seems a review for customer service is needed.

At 7 pm they were out of 3 different soups and bread bowls. Had to wait for the manager to finish making orders before refunding my order that I already waited for before they realized they were out

I have to say this is one of the better Paneras around. The nicest one for miles around. Very open and spacious, well stocked, good service and clean bathrooms. Only problem parking can be difficult.

I will NEVER EAT PANERA AGAIN!!! A piece of hair embedded in the sandwich!?!?! Just Fn DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!!!!! Lost my appetite forever!!!

This particular Panera is a hard sell and has been for years. I understand being understaffed, having employees in training…everyone makes mistakes and that’s not a problem. The issue is their horrific attitude and complete lack of customer service. Several of the staff here are straight up rude. Clearly it’s an issue with management or it wouldn’t be so apparent across the whole restaurant.

This used to be the best Panera Bread in Palm Beach Gardens. Now it is so dirty and disorganized that it’s completely unrecognizable. The service is horrible and the food is not prepared well. Hard to believe since this is such a great location. I can’t imagine what tourists think of this place when they eat here. And we LIVE HERE! I think the problem is more complex. There are only 4 people working here and this place is so busy. Just wanted to add that this is not the employee’s fault. Lack of good traning, poor benefits, low pay, it’s easy to get the picture…

Rude older white woman at the register today, rotted (black wilted slimy) lettuce always composes 50% of all the lettuce in my salad. It never fails. Truly disgusting. This Panera is pretty terrible. One star for the young kids who work the register and the young men in the kitchen. They are friendly at least. Management needs changing. ***Pictures of what I’ve picked out of the salad so far. This is what I get EVERY TIME I’ve ordered a salad here****

Also, they never have bagels or bread. It’s in the NAME. It’s supposed to be the keystone product to sell. Go in the evening or after lunch and they have two loaves of bread leftover. Forget bagels because they never have any of those.

It’s a shame that most of us who live around this Panera live in multi-million dollar communities and have to put up with this low-grade place in our neighborhood. I can’t wait until they finally close down and a better restaurant takes that space. In the meanwhile, forget trying to pick up a quick salad here (or any bread) when you’re in a rush.

The environmental and atmosfer are perfect, but the food is not satisfied. I got 4 sandwiches, unfortunately the quality of sandwiches and soup are not as I thought about the Panera Bread. The soup was too thin and watery and the sandwiches had not enough stuff ,they are actually empty.

Absolutely terrible manger. When I tried to explain that they may be in violation of certain consumer laws ( Florida Statutes 531.44) the manager continually threatened to have me removed. (My attorney would have loved that...)Even when another customer let me know how wrong she was I was targeted with continual threats from the manager. Anyway corporate also did not get back to me by the next business morning and they are equally absurd. So I am just not sure how deep this goes or if anything can be done but appropriate agencies have been contacted.
