I must never learn my lesson. If you want your order to be correct don't order from here. The past 3 times I have ordered from this location we have always had an issue either having items missing or the completely wrong order in the bag. You have to try to get wrong this consistently. Hopefully I have learned my lesson and will never order from here again.

PLEASE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GO TO THIS LOCATION, JUST DRIVE A FEW MILES NORTH AND HEAD TO INDIANTOWN. The manager in this location cannot be anymore useless. I ordered two baja bowls with chicken (French bread on the side) first off, they never gave me the sides and both bowls had poor to NO chicken at all. I went to ask her and she blamed it all on 'being busy" I do not care if you've been busy and you ran out of chicken and bread, but then do not offer CHICKEN baja bowls, because I am not wasting my money like this. Then, she said let me get you more rice and I said I DO NOT WANT MORE RICE, I want my bowl how it is supposed to come. This is a terrible location and the manager is absolutely rude, I wonder how she treats her employees...save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Ridiculous.

Almost no meat on my 1/2 sandwich. Basically had bread with my soup. Prices are ridiculous for so little actual food. $18 for a half sandwich with very little meat, a cup of soup, and a fountain drink. I wouldn't complain about the price if the sandwich had even a normal amount of meat on it. People were seated inside with a pet dog -- definitely NOT a service animal - it was whining and barked twice and was basically a small poodle or doodle of some sort. They just kept shushing it. If it was one of those service animals that alert people to high blood sugar or an impending seizure, they would have been paying attention not telling it to be quiet. This is not only a violation of PBG food safety codes, but offensive to people who truly require a service animal. People bringing poorly behaved pets into dining establishments makes everyone suspicious of actual service animals. They sat right next to the place you throw away trash and put plates so basically everyone had to walk around their dog who was laying in the middle of the walkway.

It was a take out soup and pizza. Didn’t realize how disgusting it was until I got home . Called the restaurant

Food was good, staff was well trained, but when I asked for a tray, they said they didn't do that here. Had to walk to my table with two plates and come back for the third. Might not come here again if it can be helped

The only reason I am giving any stars is because the two young men at the register were super friendly and very respectful. The young man in the kitchen putting together the order first gave me the wrong soup and I went in to exchange it. He replaced the soup with the chicken noodle I had ordered but the whole cup is broth with around three to four noodles in it because he didn’t stir up the soup before serving it, again lacking effort. He also made the comment that he needed to refocus himself since that was ‘another’ mistake he had made today very unprofessional and very disappointing, considering I didn’t order anything complicated. Literally a single cup of soup and one drink.I would simply save your money and go anywhere else. Broth and a 2 1/2 inch cut of bread is not worth nearly $17.

I am a regular here and I can say that they have real issues keeping the coffee canisters filled. They are primarily a coffeeshop and they can't get it together with keeping the coffee flowing. Today, I tried the Hazelnut, it was out after about one ounce. Then I moved to the dark roast, same thing. I had to move to the light roast to fill my cup. This is a constant thing here. Perhaps they need a gauge on the canister to know when it's running low so they can brew some more. This should not be a recurring issue. Also, they let pet dogs in, not cool as I am allergic. These are not service dogs or even the typical South Florida "entitlement support animals", they're just pet dogs.I also notice the cups are no longer available at the touchscreen kiosks. That one's on the people swiping cups, which was inevitable of course. A shame though, because all I get is beverages and it was nice not to have to wait in line. Sigh, this is why we can't have nice things!

This is the best Panera in Palm Beach County! Big, bright, clean, friendly, easy & free parking, lots of places to sit alone or with groups, great for work or school including group meetings, and lots of places to plug in your computer and charge your phone.Wheelchair accessibility: I will say the only ding is the trouble I saw a wheelchair user have getting in and out of the restaurant and navigating inside. Not wheelchair friendly.
