If you are white be prepared to be treated like absolute garbage. These people are racists. Ignored me and let my food sit out and would not open the door for my carry out. They let the black woman in though when she came to pick up.

The food showed up cold, order wasn’t complete upon arrival, no sausages on my pizza even though I was charged for it! Never ordering from this place again! Waste of time and money!

this Papa John’s was a religious experience. I met the wonderful Dee and Brandon, who served me the best breadsticks that I’ve ever had in my life, followed by a cookie which chilled my cold spirits on this December night. And these two run the best Papa John’s in all of Palm Beach

The food here is very delicious but they always take a long time with an order, the place is very small, and there are no chairs to wait, you will have to wait standing for your order for a long time, no matter what time it is, they always take time. I have been there about 6 times and I have always had to wait about 20 minutes, even when ordering online. Ample parking and handicap access.

The black woman manager in this place is terrible. Hangs up on people, will mess up your order. We had to contact corporate because this was a terrible experience.

11 Yrs in restaurant NEVER NEVER HAVE WE TREATED CUSTOMERS the way that I've been treated by this unit..hang up then hang up and then some snooty worker answers...ok great customer service...I will not waste money supporting a local store to be treated rudely and disrespectfully. I'll take my business elsewhere..I won't trust this store with anything to do with food or even service...never have I complained about a restaurant but you are the first...congrats. good luck over there..

Pizza is always good, price has gotten worse over the past few years. Service is good, small wait room, 2 chairs for waiting. A takeout store. Does have a restroom.
