Don’t even know we’re to start ! Ordered delivery couldn’t get any easier large pep/ch pizza arrived completely burnt cold and incorrect toppings called to let them know and had to deal with being told they didn’t make my pizza I called the wrong store I replied I just called you back on redial ??♂️ told the person who answered the phone what happened and asked to speak to the manager he then told me he was the manager the general manager so I said ok what’s your name flat out refused to give me his name I told him your lying your not the manager when the delivery guy came back with my refund I asked if the gm was working he said absolutely not smh guy gets on the phone and acts like a tough guy challenges me to come down to the store ? What ? Tipped the driver for his time and will be contacting corporate in the morning have the whole conversation recorded on my phone this behavior isn’t professional or productive let’s see what corporate does to address the issue it won’t let me post the pics of this burnt hard old and cold pizza smh

Worst experience. Deliver driver brought food to wrong house. I was told it was brought to a house that had a glass door and a fence. I said yes I understand but that is not my house. Manager Desmond stated that he confirmed it was delivered to a house with a Prius in the driveway at which time I told him yes that is not my house. Then manager Desmond told me he would remake the pizza and bring them himself. I waited an hour and called back. He told me he was not going to bring them. He was too busy and he wasn’t going to do that. He states he is the GM. What a mess. I would imagine there is call recording and I would encourage management to do so. I will contact corporate.

Awful! Got boneless wings that were not even coated with sauce well I had to try to mix them with sauce. They were literally breaded frozen chicken nuggets that had sauce they just left on top. We couldn’t eat the “nuggets” because they were still hard from the middle probably from being frozen and were not still defrost. The pizza bread was not soft and hard to chew, pizza mostly bread and not enough cheese or pepperoni. So what are we buying here? Frozen chicken a a round bread? Dissatisfied , my tonight’s dinner was not good.

We got the cheese bread & the XL NY pizza with sausage, onion, mushroom & olives & it was very tasty, only complaint is the driver must've stopped abruptly bc the pizza was a mess when we opened the box but we were really hungry so we just made the best out of it. Driver was friendly.

This was def one of the worst pizzas i had. 1st off i asked for a well cooked pizza and got a burnt one, 2nd i paid xtra for more toppings but got pretty much the normal topping portion, 3rd it was supposed to be an xtra large but i got a much smaller pizza. You can tell this store is cutting corners and they are def a dishonest store. I would not recommend giving them your business. The manager was super rude and dident even offer credit or to make my pizza with max toppings like i asked. Dont waste your money here.

The place isn't designed to dine in or anything. It has a few chairs to sit and wait for your order, though. The staff isn't very friendly but they are direct. The food is always good, and you can always expect your pizza to be done by the time you get there to pick it up.
Amazing service, and really good pizza the food was fresh and ready when I got there.
