I was in the store today and the food was not at all pleasing, they must have ran out of cheese, the burnt dried out pizza was sauce and bread and meat. Tell me why would you serve your customers something like this , I totally wasted my money I would like a quick response from a mgr or Corporate not acceptable .Never going back there again. Still a week and no response from a mgr not a I'm sorry not a refund or even make it over for me smh who is in charge here.

Worst location EVER! The managers are worse than the workers. Never again they didn’t only mess up my order they were not able to accommodate me… and hung up while trying to make a payment. They made me hate pizza smh ??♀️ ??

Thought I'd order some delicious pizza for dinner just to find more than I bargained for. A ROACH under my pizza. Absolutely disgusting and incredibly unsanitary. Would not recommend this location they obviously aren't cleaning or taking necessary pest control precautions.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a whole party deal box for the kids for dinner not only was the pizza cold and tasted as if it was made hours ago, the pasta bowls were over cooked that there was no pasta sauce in the pasta and the bread sticks had no cheese on them. The entire order was disgusting and had 1 small dipping sauce for an entire order of over 45$. I will not order from here again it was a very bad experience and still had to make my kids dinner after ordering food.

Never again trust me when I tell you all the other locations are way more professional & don't degrade you. If I wasn't 9 months pregnant, that h** would've got whooped!!!!! Just stick to okeechobee location

This restaurant is absolutely horrible and disrespectful and matter of fact is holding my money hostage and will not give me a refund I had ordered pizza for my class for my birthday and they messed up the entire thing and was totally rude and won't refund me do not go there and matter of fact hoping the store gets shut down it's disgusting and nasty

This franchisee is not good. The pizza is kinda half asses and not at all like the Pizza Hut pizza I remember. There is no love. I've visited this store and the employees do not genuinely care about the customer. They probably hate their job and it shows in the pizzas they make. They seem indifferent and non passionate. I suggest going to papa John's around the corner on military trail or Buongiorno pizza, both in the neighborhood. I used to love Pizza Hut growing up when I used my read a book coupons and this place is killing its reputation. It's a shame and they should be embarrassed with the product they are pushing out. When did people stop taking pride in their work?
I order in line at 7:11pm and they said my order would be delivered by 7:45. By 8:53 u realized my order never came. I called and reported my issue. They placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. At that point I hung up and called back and they never answered. I had my niece call back from her number and they answered right away. Claiming that the delivery person brought the delivers back and threw it on the cabinet and quit and walked off. Let’s say I never got my order!!! ( I will be disputing all charges)

I usually don't write bad reviews but hopefully this will make a difference. I'm a rewards member and I get pizza way too much. The past couple months this location went down hill. The pizzas on multiple occasions had no "hut favorite seasoning" on the crust which made the pizza very bland and tasteless. The pizza also has been very greasy and soggy. So bad that it had to be recooked once home. The service is not great either, the woman at the register didn't even look up at me from her phone and it was like I was bothering her by asking for my pizza. I've been going here for 4 yrs and now I won't be returning.

I wish this Pizza Hut would get it together. I LOVE Pizza Hut, it's my favorite of all the chains, and EVERY TIME I want to give this location a chance to make it right, THE PIZZA IS CRAP. I prefer going to target to get a personal pan over this place.
