From the drinks (a mojito and frozen pina colada) to the food (table side guacamole, chicken quesadilla and chicken carbon) the food was not good. The chicken on the quesadilla tasted odd and oily. The chicken breast for the carbon tasted sweet and not like real chicken, it was stringy. The rice and beans was dry, I tried to use lime to add some juice, which didn’t work. The table side guacamole was bland, I had to add lime and salt to make it taste like more than avocados. I’ve eaten at Rocco’s 4 times in the past (Palm Beach and Orlando) this one left me disappointed with the thought I will not return. The waiter was nice but the food was below mid. I feel like I paid well over what the food was worth.

Atmosphere = Five Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The interior is beautiful and the seating outside is lovely. You get that old city courtyard feeling, as you are nestled between two buildings. Really lovely.Server = Five Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Very attentive staff, very kind, quick and helpful.Nachos = Three Stars⭐⭐⭐Lacking depth. Not enough flavor or salt. The chicken on the nachos was great. The black beans were lackluster.Vegan Mushroom Tacos = Two Stars⭐⭐Wet and slippery. The marinade used on the veggies was on point, but the texture of everything was way off. Roasting the mushrooms and pairing with a vibrant, tangy sauce drizzle would have made for a much better taco.I'd be interested in trying other things on the menu, as many people looked pleased and the reviews are quite good for this location. Might give it another try in the future. ??

Horrible experience today. Food poisoning included. My husband got fish tacos, they we cold and disgusting. Even the tortilla was freezer cold. The guacamole was brownish and lacked flavor. The services was poor to say the least. I never post reviews but this place deserves it.I just got home and I could not get here fast enough. I wanted to vomit from the moment I left the restaurant, but on my way I had cold sweats and stomach problems.. Avoid this place.

We love Rocco’s tacos and were looking forward to celebrating our soccer teams win with a lunch. Unfortunately we were greeted by the manager who simply refuses to serve us, though they had a completely empty patio. Not only did they have disappointed parents with rude customer service, they have a team disappointed to was looking forward to celebrating together.We came down the street to Cheesecake Factory, who welcomed our team and made the appropriate accommodations.

We attempted to go to Rocco’s tacos on Saturday 3/9/24 at noon. We had called ahead and we were told to come over and they would be able to accommodate our large party. When we arrived the ENTIRE outside patio was empty. I approached the manager and told him we had just called. He turned to me and stated “I will not turn my entire restaurant over to this soccer tournament.” I told him we would gladly split up between tables, and he replied “we already had a busy brunch!” Implying our money was not welcomed. We went to Cheesecake Factory got seated promptly, and had a great lunch. Probably a $1,200 loss in revenue, as we were all planning on drinking margaritas. I’m sure the owners will appreciate the loss in revenue on a sleepy Saturday afternoon.

Sadly we came to have lunch as we love this place to share time with family and friends and the manager in charge 12 noon on March 9 resistes to sit us with attitude saying he was not going to turn his restaurant into a soccer tournament.As regular customers we felt disappointed of this response as we were coming to eat for free, lost to have at least 6-7 tables of family to eat and spend money on your restaurant.Customer service and sale are what drives a restaurant isn’t? Very disappointed with this managers response and disrespect towards paying customers.
Very disappointing experience. It had rained earlier in the day but the chairs and table were still wet .the Guacamole was made at the table and was very tasty. Tacos were ok, but sauces were not .Service left much to be desired. Had to ask three different people for more water and it was not brought until the end of the meal. Outside dining should be pleasant but it was super loud and difficult to hear table mates. Won't go back!
