I recently went for lunch with my coworkers, and I must say, the experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, they automatically added an 18% gratuity to our bill, despite there being only three of us. When questioned, the explanation was that the tip was included. This felt like a blatant attempt to upsell and inflate the bill unfairly. It's disheartening when establishments resort to such tactics, tarnishing the dining experience.

I placed my order over the phone and the young lady that took my order was nice.I ordered chicken hibachi with fried rice. I really wanted miso soup but they do not offer it at this location. The have an onion soup. It wasn’t bad.Also, I’m not sure if it’s temporary or indefinitely but they had a sign on the door that said “No Sushi”.

Came here after seeing the reviews weren’t too hot recently. This spot is my go to for a fun night out and food that never disappoints. Not crazy expensive and always hits the spot.

Always a great experience ! We celebrated my husbands birthday every year at this place, I have 11 invites last February 4th and as well our Wedding Rehearsal Dinner with 8 people 2 years ago. Food and service are satisfactory. Highly recommended!

Service is poor. Management is terrible as well do not waste your time at saitos in Palm Beach Gardens. I've been to all and PBG is the worse. Boynton Beach Florida location Service is better and do not never charge us 18% for a tip. That's for only a party of 4 or more together not separate party of 2 on different checks.

I arrived on a Tuesday night at 5pm. (Party of 3) Was seated in front of the chef w/ 5 other guests. We all ordered iced tea and was told they were out.After placing our order we received a salad with iceberg and a little carrots and ginger dressing it was very bland. Next we received miso soup with 1 slice of mushroom and 2 pieces of green onion, the rest was salty broth.Next fried rice with mostly egg and a very small amount of veg w/ lots of butter. We all had steak of some kind. The steaks were EXTREMELY tough.Bill was $98. Will never come back.
