Definitely get the bread pudding for dessert. Make room because it’s worth it.Great date atmosphere and great dates wrapped in bacon. This is going to be a regular spot. Way better than Rocco’s and kabuki and cooper and prezzo (and their manager sucks so hard there). So yeah come here and don’t regret it and tell Michelle the owner this place is amazing. Also come see dj ballswood. He goes hard and deep

Service below average and rude. Waitress had a poor attitude. Dinner for four people took 2 hrs and we ordered within the first 15 mins. Kitchen very slow. Food below average.

Salute Market & Restaurant exceeded all expectations! The service was impeccable, creating a delightful dining experience. The food was a culinary masterpiece, each dish bursting with incredible flavors. The energetic ambiance added a vibrant touch, making the evening truly enjoyable. Remarkably, the overall value for such an outstanding experience was undeniably the best. A must-visit for anyone seeking a perfect blend of exceptional service, incredible food, and lively ambiance.

I have visited this restaurant several times and I enjoy their food very much. However, it can get very crowded on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Love the friendliness of the staff. Each waiter or waitress is attentive, friendly and efficient. Dominick, the manager, is incredibly kind, thorough and attentive. He is helpful with wines, eager to please and makes us feel that it is truly his pleasure to bring a heavy heater to our table. They treat our two dogs like their own and we love to bring them. Love eating outside. Music is a few nights a week and we really enjoy those evenings. Whether it be homemade soups, great salads, tasty salmon, appetizers etc we always enjoy. Happy hour is great and we love the artichoke dip or dates with goat cheese. Just a favorite quick spot or great for a long evening with music. Brunch and lunch is also so enjoyable

Lunch w family. Husband enjoyed banana foster French toast, son and I had French onion soup, it was very good and a large bowl of soup but served very hot. We both had to wait a good five minutes before we could even try it. I ordered the hearts of palm salad. It was very good and I'd get it again. I enjoyed the endless mimosas and our waiter made sure glass was never empty. My son enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Both gone before I could try a bite. Staff were attentive. Menu made it hard to decide as it all looked so good. The ambiance is ok, nothing special but they do have a large outdoor seating area if you like that. Extensive wine list so I will be back.

We had an outside table for 3 at 6:30. Hostess told me she was excited b/c it was going to be their busiest night yet. UGH. Waited a while for waitress to take our drink order; she was very nice and apologized for the delay. It was 8:00 when our entrees were served. (kitchen was backed up). Waitress was as attentive as she could be, but clearly the wait staff had too many tables. Two of us had entrees from the special french menu—Coq au vin and a Shrimp Marseille dish. They were ok—nothing special. One of us had the Short Ribs and really enjoyed it. There was live music which at times was really loud—we were shouting to talk at our table. I wouldn't go back for dinner—it might be fine for lunch.

I was disappointed. The food used to be so much better. The salmon addition to my meal was forgotten so by the time I reordered it and it arrived my vegetables were cold. Bread cane at the end of the meal instead of the beginning. Thursdays to Sundays there is live music so it is impossible to talk but the music was good.

Sat outside by the servers station. Our server was excellent and the food was very good. We ordered Tapas style and shared. Tuna was fantastic, deviled eggs were perfect and the mushroom, fig and goat cheese naan was out of this world! We also had the artichoke dip which was just okay, a little dry and paled compared to the other dishes. I would highly recommend Salute Market!!!

Salute is our go-to restaurant for a relaxing evening with great food and service. We often get Dayna as our server, who greats us with a smile and recommends from their monthly specials from around the world. Tonight we dined in France, starting with a decadent French onion soup, followed by Coq au vin and chateaubriand. We finished with beignets filled with banana cream. Wow! And of course, Domenico always takes care of us, checking to be sure our night is perfect (it always is). Salute is a true gem in Palm Beach Gardens and not to be missed.
