Our dining experience was excellent. The service was supper pleasant. Outdoor seating was very comfortable.
It was a beautiful night on the waterfront. Our server Monica was great. It was slow getting the food, but she was always there to provide everything we requested. She was cheerful and efficient.
Cathy/Kathy was a wonderful server during my lunch with my friend. She's a Libra like me, so of course we got along very well. šļæ¼ļæ¼
The food and service was great. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and it was a perfect evening.
Unfortunately one of the 6 oz filet had to be sent back because it was very tough and the salmon was ordered in its place...an end piece overcooked. So one person in the party did not have dinner. They did take it off the bill which was the right thing to do.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced! The wait staff and manager were lovely . They DID seem a bit short staffed and there was a small delay once we were seated - that said , the manager comped two sides and a couple of drinks !!!! I'll be back ! Many times .:)
The server I think his name was James was excellent and the manager I think her name was Eve was very accommodating
Waitress seemed completely inexperienced, we learned upon leaving per manager that it was her 2nd day! Obviously NO TRAINING! Our cocktails were 20 minutes late after we questioned Heather about it and she told us it was the barāās responsibility to deliver them. When they were delivered, she proceeded to dump a beer and a glass of wine in my girlfriendās lap and break the wine glass right on the table in front of her sending shards of glass everywhere on the table. She seemed uncertain about how to handle the situation, but we immediately left the table and moved to an another table. She then served me the unbroken ā Pinot Grigioā left on the tray only to my surprise that it was the Chardonnay that should have been served to my friend! She had no idea which wine was which!
My friendās ācupā of soup was never served & when a server served āour mealā it wasnāt ours but there was a bowl of lobster bisque served my mistake & my friend ate it!!!
Our meal was finally served an hour later & the food was very good. We were offered free desserts for our horrible experience. 3 of us accepted the offer. Our meal was split between the 2 couples of us totally $168.53! We tipped about 15% graciously.
My friends and I have visited this restaurant for over 10 years, celebrating birthdays and anniversaries in large groups. This is absolutely the worst service that we have ever had upon any visit. When I left, I spoke with the manager, maybe Brittany, who had come by the table to apologize for the broken wine glass and spilled wine. She offered to do anything to make it right, but made no suggestions as to how to do that.
I felt as if you really needed to hear this review in that I was so disappointed that our friends and a visiting daughter from Denver Colorado had purposely made the visit there!
I hope that you can use these constructive criticisms to correct some problems that are obviously present at your restaurant.
Thank you for listening.

I feel the waitness could have given us more attention. We had to ask for bread & when we did it took a long time & the bartender bought it over. She didn't come over to ask if there was anything else we needed & the food took a long time. We were all alittle disappointed with service.
fOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD, PORTIONS ARE JUST RIGHT, MENU ITEMS HAVE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE, AND THE SERVERS ARE ALWAYS PREPARED,, PERSONABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS!!!
Unplanned anniversary dinner since we were in the area. The interior itself seemed out-of-place for south FL, as it felt more like a mountain lodge vibe. The food was really delicious, and reasonably priced. The VERY BEST aspect of our visit was our server Meagan and her support staff who went out of their way when the learned it was our anniversary. This was not a planned night, as we are celebrating our anniversary on an Alaska cruise later, but once the staff found out, we were very touched by their efforts. Again, Meagan was outstanding!

Thank you Kevin & James!! (bartenders) They were delightful & informative!! Met friends last evening for early dinner in the bar area. Had a wonderful time. Two of us had the trout...and my other guest had soup & salad. All delicious!! Seasons never disappoints!! Thank you!! P. Gordon
From start to finish, Seasons 52 delivered an outstanding experience. The front desk staff greeted us promptly with a genuine smile and even a compliment, which immediately set a positive tone. Our servers, Shakeem and Meagan, took the experience to another level. Shakeem was attentive and professional throughout, and very patient. And then thereās Meagan, who weāve had before and were so excited to see again. She is hands down one of the most outstanding servers Iāve ever encountered anywhere. Her energy is contagious, her kindness is genuine, and her patience makes every dining experience stress-free and enjoyable! Both Shakeem and Meagan went above and beyond, and itās clear they take real pride in creating memorable experiences for guests. And of course, the food was fantastic, cooked to perfection, as it always is. Iāve truly never had a bad meal here. Seasons 52 is truly lucky to have such amazing staff. I canāt wait to return!
