Great venue for our dinner celebrating a special birthday. Both the food and service were outstanding.

Omg. I tried their chicken and mushroom dish! So tender, so tasty with carrots, mashed potatoes, onions, gravy!

Seasons 52 in Palm Beach Gardens is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always good. We love eating in the outside area.

The food was excellent, atmosphere was excellent. The only negative thing I would say is ordering a side of risotto was literally one scoop. It was so small on the plate. I couldn't believe it, but other than that, it was a great experience.

We ate outdoors and the view was very pleasant overlooking the waterway. Jay, our server, was welcoming and made recommendations based on our meal and beverage preferences. The Butterfish and sea bass entrees were prepared very well. Starting with a flatbread app is always a good start to the meal. The downside was the parking lot was being resealed which made for a traffic gridlock getting in and out of the restaurant parking lot on a busy dinner night.

It was a beautiful night on the waterfront. Our server Monica was great. It was slow getting the food, but she was always there to provide everything we requested. She was cheerful and efficient.

Cathy/Kathy was a wonderful server during my lunch with my friend. She's a Libra like me, so of course we got along very well. 😉

The food and service was great. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and it was a perfect evening.

Unfortunately one of the 6 oz filet had to be sent back because it was very tough and the salmon was ordered in its place...an end piece overcooked. So one person in the party did not have dinner. They did take it off the bill which was the right thing to do.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced! The wait staff and manager were lovely . They DID seem a bit short staffed and there was a small delay once we were seated - that said , the manager comped two sides and a couple of drinks !!!! I'll be back ! Many times .:)

The server I think his name was James was excellent and the manager I think her name was Eve was very accommodating

Waitress seemed completely inexperienced, we learned upon leaving per manager that it was her 2nd day! Obviously NO TRAINING! Our cocktails were 20 minutes late after we questioned Heather about it and she told us it was the bar’’s responsibility to deliver them. When they were delivered, she proceeded to dump a beer and a glass of wine in my girlfriend‘s lap and break the wine glass right on the table in front of her sending shards of glass everywhere on the table. She seemed uncertain about how to handle the situation, but we immediately left the table and moved to an another table. She then served me the unbroken “ Pinot Grigio” left on the tray only to my surprise that it was the Chardonnay that should have been served to my friend! She had no idea which wine was which!

My friend’s “cup” of soup was never served & when a server served “our meal” it wasn’t ours but there was a bowl of lobster bisque served my mistake & my friend ate it!!!

Our meal was finally served an hour later & the food was very good. We were offered free desserts for our horrible experience. 3 of us accepted the offer. Our meal was split between the 2 couples of us totally $168.53! We tipped about 15% graciously.

My friends and I have visited this restaurant for over 10 years, celebrating birthdays and anniversaries in large groups. This is absolutely the worst service that we have ever had upon any visit. When I left, I spoke with the manager, maybe Brittany, who had come by the table to apologize for the broken wine glass and spilled wine. She offered to do anything to make it right, but made no suggestions as to how to do that.

I felt as if you really needed to hear this review in that I was so disappointed that our friends and a visiting daughter from Denver Colorado had purposely made the visit there!

I hope that you can use these constructive criticisms to correct some problems that are obviously present at your restaurant.

Thank you for listening.
