The cashier was so helpful in getting my daughter a gluten free bun for her hot dog and the cook cut it up so it fit on the bun. They were so friendly and accommodating! It’s rare and so wonderful when you have a special needs adult daughter!

They very much resented me ordering from the counter. Attitude, poor service and sarcasm.

Still my favorite burger spot never lets me down in quality and taste. Always super hot and delish.

Overall such a great experience! Every employee was so kind and even went as far as to help us to our table and checked on us multiple times throughout our meal! Very very kind staff !

It took almost 10 minutes to get my meal but when I got it, it was still hot and made to perfection. I enjoyed it so much. Pricey but it was worth it. This was my first time eating from this place or any other Shake Shack locations. Really taken aback by the delicousness of this burger. Fresh and hot, just how I love my burgers. Size is regular, not too big but not too small either. But perfrct size for me. Loved that they offer the bunless burger but a lettuce wrap. Which is also a plus for me . But this time I was craving the regular burger. No picture this time cause I has too hungry.

Went a couple days ago with my daughter. The manager Ashley runs a great store, employees had great customer service.

I was in the mall today and decided to try a burger place I had never visited before. Reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. The experience was less than stellar to the point that I doubt I would ever eat at another of their locations and tell everyone I know to avoid this location in particular.

What I ordered was a double burger, cooked well, with lettuce, onion and bacon. What I got was a complete disappointment. First; well does not mean pink in the middle. Second; bacon should be cooked as well. Third; Lettuce should be more than one small little leaf. Fourth; the bun should not be falling apart from the crease that has soaked into it. Fifth; the order was to dine in and they put it in a box which barely held the burger and fries and give you no place to put your condiments so you end up stacking stuff on top of your food or leaving your food on a table in the middle of the mall. About the only thing that was good was the fact that they left the salt off the fries as requested. The drink was a Coke so it is hard to mess that up to badly.

It took a few minutes to get the food, about 10, even though they were not busy. The staff member setting up the food into the boxes seemed like a good employee but the other staff seemed to be moving without a purpose and enjoying themselves a bit too much. I believe I even saw one of them going away from the grill area and returning without changing their gloves.

So what I got was a terrible burger, made by a staff with questionable hygiene all for the incredibly low price of $20.82. NEVER AGAIN

The food was good, but I did not like that the one guy touched everything with his gloves. I saw him put one of my chicken bites in my box with those same gloves that had already touched multiple surfaces without being changed.

I liked it though I wasn't a big fan of the Parmesan fries. I think the cheese and bacon have a much better turn out. Other than that service was phenomenal.
