I frequent here to focus on assignments and it's a really nice little nook to be in during the late afternoon :) The baristas have been nothing but sweet to me and my family each visit, especially cam, gabby, sahara, and eric! overall a very friendly place!!

The store manager speaks to her team unkindly and manages poorly. The baristas here are very nice.

Sahara was so sweet and made the long drive to Kissimmee worth it. She was so kind and had great energy. I was anxious about the holidays in general and she made me feel so much better. Exceptional customer service!!!

This starbucks is one of the best in the area! As a local there are plenty around, but this location is my favorite by far. It is conveniently on my way to work too. The shop is smaller, but has a warm, clean, and quiet atmosphere. Sahara is by far the friendliest and most accommodating employee I’ve come across in a long time! Definitely recommend dropping by the PGA Starbucks

I have been going to Starbucks for countless years, and this store is by far the best one. I am always in a rush yet the employees are always so kind and so welcoming for the short interactions that I have with them. Everyone is always so sweet and so nice, they greet you as soon as you walk in, they even started to learn my name because I’m there so much lol. I recently started a job nearby and have been coming very often. Every single encounter every single time has been the same- amazing. They’re all fast with making good and drinks, it’s always so clean, I could just go on. The teams positivity has made my mornings at Starbucks PGA and Turnpike the best way to start my day.

Stopped by Starbuck here couple days ago & had very bad experience. Natalie was so rude and it’s not the first time she was rude to us. Come back this morning & walk away because we saw her inside. We are not going back here again if Natalie still work there.

On a warm day, nothing hits the spot quite like the Starbucks Summer-Berry Refresher. I ordered the Trenta size—30 fluid ounces—for $7.22.
From the first sip, I was captivated by the vibrant citrus flavor—a perfect balance of tangy and sweet that instantly refreshes. The drink’s stunning color combination, a beautiful blend of deep berry reds and bright citrus hues, makes it as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the palate.
It’s the ideal to-go beverage for beating the heat, delivering a light, invigorating burst of flavor without overwhelming sweetness or heaviness. Whether you’re out running errands or just need a quick pick-me-up on a sunny day, this refresher feels like summer in a cup—bright, uplifting, and thoroughly satisfying.
However, the staff didn’t bother to call my name when the order was ready. They simply kept the drink on the serving counter, which could easily be missed. This is something that might need to be improved

I went in for a refresher this morning…and while there were 3 servers behind the counter. I was not greeted until Paris came out from the back room. Paris was friendly, had a smile, and kept busy while the others were talking it up a bit. I just want to commend Paris for being a hard working, friendly employee!!
What happened to this Starbucks?
This used to be my go-to spot, but after today's visit, I won’t be returning.
The store was recently remodeled, and the layout now creates confusion. The register has been moved to the former drink pick-up area, which caused me to stand waiting at the wrong spot. When I approached the counter, the barista, Chante, curtly redirected me with an unwelcoming attitude.
After placing a simple order for regular coffee, I received a cup filled to the brim—no room for cream. When I asked where the creamer station was, I was met with a dismissive “What do you want?” Chante then poured half and half into a small paper cup from behind the counter and slid it to me without a word.
Trying to make space in my coffee, I stepped toward a hand sink near the employee entrance to pour a little out. A male staff member suddenly appeared, questioned what I was doing, and told me to step back—even though I was not behind the counter. He seemed more interested in asserting control than helping. Only after I asked again did he finally assist.
The experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Just two weeks ago, I spent over $100 at this location for a meeting. Sadly, this is no longer a place I can recommend for coffee or conversation.
