My daughter and me visit for. Coffee drinks and snacks . We took table outside I left my cup not finished yet at the table as my daughter stand up and went inside to buy more brownies so I left my cup at the table and followed my daughter. Right away came some lady with sponge and touch my cup and literally point on my cup and a said could you pick it up . That’s was very embarrassing including we are members and all the tile leaving tips . So I told yes I am finish at that point when she was already by the table with dirty cloth by my cup but she said could you take it and throw it away !! Unbelievable , and it was my Bday !!!

Best Starbucks around, they know me by name, always so kind and friendly.

Horrible service, they appear unable to handle 3 customers. A sandwich takes 45 min when ordered in advance online. The staff didn't seem to know anything or how to serve customers. Something you should think about when they report that an order has been done and is ready on the app.....It hasn't actually been done at all. To keep their numbers low for tracking purposes, they falsely report that the orders have been completed and are ready for pickup when they have never even been started.
Really appreciate the lack of effort that they put in to service in the holiday season. Doesn't seem like a smart idea from a marketing standpoint since you've already had a drop in customers. Significant decline

I don’t recommend. The guy who was taking the order was a very unpleasant person. They did not called my name and my coffee just stood there, and the taste was not good also. I’m sorry for the bad review.

I have been coming to this location for years and with all the batista staff changes, it still is a great spot. Until today when I met Katrina, she is rude and needs an attitude change.

They always always always forget the straw for a Frappuccino and it’s literally no other way you can drink it

Starbucks locations without drive thru are a thing of the past. This locale survives and yet without the frantic requirements of the drive thru traffic, 4 baristas couldn't get away from their conversations to make my order. Blah. This is why 7Brew and others are able to disrupt the coffee market.

The atmosphere was stress-free, with a clean and organized pickup counter. The team's seamless collaboration and defined roles made for a truly impressive experience.

When you have to work on the road, there’s nothing better than a Starbucks to kill a few hours. Staff was super friendly. Food was great, coffee was perfect. Even the music selection was perfect (and not too loud). And for once I didn’t need my sweater!
