As a frequent visitor to various Starbucks locations, I am always impressed by the service and quality that this establishment provides. Despite my visits being solely in the early morning and for pick-up, the warmth and friendliness of the staff never fail to make me feel welcomed.From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with genuine smiles and efficient service. One aspect of this Starbucks experience that stands out is the convenience of ordering online. As a busy individual, being able to place my order ahead of time and have it prepared promptly is incredibly convenient. I appreciate how my drink is consistently ready on time, allowing me to seamlessly continue with my day without any delays.Furthermore, the attention to detail in preparing my order is remarkable. Each drink is crafted with care, resulting in the perfect balance of flavors every time. I am obsessed with the Mango Dragon fruit with lemonade and when I order from this location I can always count on it to be delicious.

Every time I have gotten a drink from this Starbucks the order is always wrong, and when I ask for it to be fixed they tell me I’m wrong.My husband ordered an iced quad espresso it was hot, I ordered a chai latte with toppings nothing was on it.Even when showing them the label that they can clearing read on the side of the cup they still try to defend themselves and say you are wrong.

I went to another Starbucks for years and slowly the staff changed and no one could make my drink right. I like the convenience of the drive though and my order and drink are always perfect! This Starbucks has friendly baristas that always make my drink perfectly!Parking: Because of the drive through , it can be difficult to get in and out of some parking
Manager was very drunk and angry shouted at his customers and employees looked like he was gonna punch someone and the place also said closed when open and it was roach infested everywhere on the

I order through Starbucks app everyday~ my drink is not complicated so when I say NO FOAM, that doesn’t mean make I want half the drink to be FOAM! I am paying $6 for COFFEE!! The least you can do is make it correctly. I’m so dissatisfied and I had no time to wait for them to remake it on a Sunday morning because I am going to work! Hence why I order prior and through the app. This isn’t the first time either and it literally says NO FOAM ON THE STICKER ON MY DRINK!!! Like how hard is it? Really not happy paying $6 for a coffee they can’t get make correctly and no it’s not a crazy drink it’s a hot caramel macchiato NO FOAM!

Wow. I'm not usually a coffee drinker but thought I'd try doing a little studying there so naturally bought something instead of being a freeloader. $7.95 for a medium frapacino?!?! Damn! The internet speed was about 1Mb, which is pretty much unusable. And I witnessed a customer with a valid complaint being pretty much ignored by the staff. They clearly didn't care to make the customer happy. Maybe there's more to that, but it didn't make me want to come back. This is not the Starbucks I recall from the past.
