The guy with the tablet this morning is the best and so helpful. I wish I got his name but thank you for making my drink when it came out wrong the first time, I really appreciate it!

This store is the worse I have been in and i travel nationally. Nowhere to stand. Nowhere to sit. It’s a hole in the wall and HQ refuses to make this a positive experience and change. Nobody knows where the line it and waiting space because there’s literally NO SPACE. I spend $3,500 after tax per year and am already finding other coffee shops to go to as I’m a top loyal customer and the company is going downhill fast. Don’t waste your time here. Go to Lingonberry or Subculture coffee where you actually feel like you’re not cattle!

The staff here is always really nice. Even when they're busy in the mornings. 9/10 times my drink order is perfect.

From one day to the next my coffee is not the same. I use mobile ordering because I don’t have time to wait in line. So when my coffee looked wrong I didn’t have time to say anything to fix it. Not to mention when I ordered my coffee yesterday, I used my reward and got it for free just for them to mess it up. So that was a waste. Im lactose intolerant and I ask for almond milk. I drank a bit of the coffee and that was a mistake because I had terrible stomach pains for the rest of the day. I had to throw my free coffee out. I’ve attached a picture of yesterday’s coffee and today’s so we can see the difference. I’m glad they don’t charge for almond milk anymore but if I ask for it that’s what I should get. It’s in black and white. This location is usually ok but that really made me upset.

I got the medicine ball. It's my go to when I don't feel well and it works wonderfully.

This is an old Starbucks that's very small, but it's still one of my favorite SBs! It may appear unorganized to first timers, but they're usually on point. I always stop here when I go home. They're also attentive to how they fix your order. Feel free to ask for more/less shots or pumps or less ice or extra ice in a separate cup.

Ahh, another reason I hate Starbucks. Just drove 10 minutes out of my way to find the only open Starbucks at 5 am and of course, since they don’t bother differentiating their locations between an actual sit down coffee shop (all I need), a Target or grocery store location, or a 50 square foot shitty automatic coffee production facility, I ended up at the latter. No seating, nowhere to work - just a storefront.
