This was my first time coming to this starbucks and I had such a great experience today no thanks to Ari . She was so friendly , welcoming and supportive to everyone around her . They made my drink perfectly and even though the store was busy , they all took the time to greet everyone coming in . This starbucks makes you feel like a valued customer.

Not all workers, but some, not even look you in the face, they even ignore you when you ask them for something, I can understand that there are times where they are very busy, but that's what customer service is all about, knowing how to stand a customer in different situations and at least fake a smile

Can’t get tap water with some ice? Thats very weird, I was extremely thirsty, and I didn’t want to buy anything, but I have to buy something first. Last week yall had plastic cups with water and Ice on the counter for people to take at will. Sorry Im not good enough to have water

Gary, the manager, sets the tone with his outstanding leadership. Whether you're a regular (and he remembers your name!) or stopping by for the first time, he welcomes everyone with a genuine smile and great energy. His positive attitude is contagious, and it’s clear his team follows his example. The staff here is friendly, fast, and always gets the orders right, even during busy mall rush hours.
It’s rare to find a Starbucks where the customer service is just as good as the coffee, but Gary and his team make that happen every day. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area—you’ll leave with a great drink and an even better experience!
Also shout out to the elder security Gardens patrolling in his vehicle who confirmed they were open and directions.

I just ordered a chocolate croissant because I'd already had too much caffeine. After 9 minutes when everyone who ordered drinks behind me had come and gone, I had to go up and ask about my order. All it required was heating. Still took a few minutes to receive. They don't offer pre-ordering in the app or at least didn't when I tried. No one was rude or anything but still.
Just as a side note, the acoustics are also awful in there.
