Oh, what a delightful transformation this place has undergone! It was just your average Starbucks, but post-renovation, they've created a true utopia of chaos. Who needs seating or restrooms, right? The brilliant decision to focus solely on a grab & go service has surely expedited everything—because nothing screams efficiency like a line out the door! The quality? Oh, it’s never been better—order accuracy that rivals a game of darts blindfolded! Seriously, why would anyone even consider going somewhere more convenient down the street when this masterpiece of a coffee shop is just begging for your business? Enjoy the madness!

Sadly this store turned in fast food coffee shop. This is definitely last visit as I don’t wanna support this fast food type shop. Very sorry for employees. I guess they are not allowed to make friendship with customers anymore. Viva US

This store used to have a decent sized seating area with a restroom. Kinda frustrating to find in remodeled with only outdoor seating and no available restroom. The area for guests to stand and order is roughly 6x10 with displays and trash cans taking up a portion. Very crammed and unpleasant.

It makes sense though. I saw only 2 employees working. This store used to operate with 5 or so for reference. Owner definitely was aiming to just cut operating costs.

The new store layout is small and inconvenient to costumers. It feel like get your coffee and get out.

Ordered a mobile order and got it super quick! Granted it was a random Wednesday afternoon so it wasn’t busy. The staff were very nice and greeted everyone. I originally wanted to study here but it’s a very small Starbucks. There was only seating and tables outside and it was way too hot for that. The pictures on here for this location are very misleading. Other than that, my drink was made well and was very clean inside.

My recent visit to Starbucks left me with mixed feelings. The lack of seating and absence of a drive-thru were significant downsides. For those hoping to sit and savor their coffee or work for a while, this might be a letdown. However, the service was efficient, and the coffee quality was up to Starbucks' usual standard. If you're looking for a quick coffee fix to-go, this Starbucks will suffice, but don't expect a place to linger.

- “Sorry we don’t do that here”

See, because technically a cappuccino is not iced, Mr. Italian has deemed my choice not worthy of his service. But obviously, what I was looking for the result of cappuccino dumped in ice. Because if I wanted high end specialty coffee tips I would’ve went to a high end specialty coffee spot and not a fast food coffee chain in the USA.

This “say no, then think” attitude is not service

A great place to study. I like sitting by the front door because there is some greenery out front that's really nice. The staff are really sweet and lowered the sun filter without me having to ask (the glare was bad that day).

The service here was phenomenal. We came in with drink recipes and the gentleman with the tattoos was amazing. He made our drinks exceptional and with a smile. We truly appreciate you.

This Starbucks in North Palm Beach is one of the many local coffee shops. This Starbucks is small and has all the usually items but doesn't have a drive thru. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy as it is located in a large shopping center. Try the new Lavender Matcha.
