Exceptional Service, Decade-Long Consistency

The Starbucks location in North Palm Beach is truly outstanding, largely thanks to its dedicated staff.

I've been going to this location on and off for about eight years, and the professionalism and warmth of the team have never wavered. They are genuinely welcoming and pleasant at 5 AM every single morning—even on Sundays!

This level of cheerful consistency, especially during those early hours, makes starting the day so much better. Over nearly a decade, they've proven to be an incredibly reliable and professional team. Thank you for always setting a great tone for the morning, especially Gee!

Small Starbucks with only outdoor seating but the baristas here are very friendly & quick with drinks!

I love the people here, I work in one of the other stores next to them and usually grab a drink and they're just sweet to everyone. There was a time when I was opening the store and my order was made wrong and they came to the door for me. This team is awesome and I will riot if any of them get fired.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks in Palm Beach County.… Especially after their renovations.
The size of the lobby is over 50% smaller with no cohesion to picking up your orders Mobile or otherwise.
There’s no napkins to be found on either of the counter space.
And I’m multiple occasions when I order the pesto egg sandwich, I received the mozzarella Caprese sandwich.
The customer service here is poor… It’s very difficult to have somebody make eye contact with you to get the support you need to fix the issue.

Niki and Laila they are amazing. They always have a smile. A lot of patience they are Customerservice is over the top. I really like to go to the store because of that I know that is a tiny store and it’s a lot of traffic a lot of people, but they always give the extra mile.

Amber randomly came out and told me I couldn’t smoke outside of the building. Was storming out and was picking up food from Jersey Mike’s. This was an absolute shit show, Starbucks does not have the authority to impose cigarette regulations on the outside world. Other businesses said people always smoke out there with no issue.

Just popped in for a quick flat white as I was early for a meeting. They do not have a drive-thru and they do not have indoor seating, however I thoroughly enjoyed NOT competing with the drive-thru while waiting for my order to come out.
There was plenty of outdoor seating, and well, you know Florida, there are days when that will be very pleasant and there are days when it will not

drive through always plan on around 30 to 45 minute wait
