One of the slower ones. Their timing is not worked out to get hot drink AND hot sandwich. ALWAYS have to check on my drink prep status. After “complaining”, it always comes out rather immediately. But always a 10-12 minute wait

Go out of your way to drive to a different Starbucks location. I have never had my easy drinks so jam packed full of ice and made incorrectly. The staff are unhelpful unfriendly and make excuses for why they make your drinks wrong. Never again. Drank in 4 sips.

Thought I would try my favorite protein matcha from a Starbucks that had a drive through. HOLY WAS THAT A MISTAKE. Other than the fact that the staff, who are either unaware or don’t care about the faces they make, my cold foam was literally curdled milk. That should be illegal really. What a horrible experience.

I’m not too sure what is going on with this specific location because this is the only location I have a consistent issue with my drink : all i order is a STRAWBERRY AÇAÍ REFRESHER WITH LIGHT LEMONADE AND NO INCLUSIONS, but everytime I come here it’s made wrong… there’s always too much lemonade or no lemonade at all. it’s a simple drink and it’s frustrating that I have to come after work to get it remade when I wanted it FOR WORK not after. It’s a simple drink I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make.

I can’t believe I’m rating a Starbucks 3 stars I told the girl I was picking up a mobile order and she said to me, “It’s not ready. Next time, you need to come at your designated time slot instead of coming earlier” with a verrryyyy snappy attitude. It was actually a few minutes past the time slot lol Every time I come here the girls are incredibly rude, and unfortunately the drinks aren’t as good as other Starbucks in Abacoa. I do like the atmosphere inside though and the Alton location is nice!
Wait was far too long.. drinks weren't my favourite..but maybe because it was so busy.. bathroom wasn't clean...

The drive-thru service is consistently slow, and my drinks are rarely made correctly. On top of that, food orders often get mixed up, with items swapped or confused for something else. It’s frustrating to leave with an order that’s not what I asked for.

Never experienced slower service and not because they were swamped - there were customers but not enough to warrant the inability to serve under 15 minutes. Also this location looks and feels like an airport lobby - for sure will never be back to this location.
