I’m not too sure what is going on with this specific location because this is the only location I have a consistent issue with my drink : all i order is a STRAWBERRY AÇAÍ REFRESHER WITH LIGHT LEMONADE AND NO INCLUSIONS, but everytime I come here it’s made wrong… there’s always too much lemonade or no lemonade at all. it’s a simple drink and it’s frustrating that I have to come after work to get it remade when I wanted it FOR WORK not after. It’s a simple drink I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make.

I can’t believe I’m rating a Starbucks 3 stars I told the girl I was picking up a mobile order and she said to me, “It’s not ready. Next time, you need to come at your designated time slot instead of coming earlier” with a verrryyyy snappy attitude. It was actually a few minutes past the time slot lol Every time I come here the girls are incredibly rude, and unfortunately the drinks aren’t as good as other Starbucks in Abacoa. I do like the atmosphere inside though and the Alton location is nice!

The drive-thru service is consistently slow, and my drinks are rarely made correctly. On top of that, food orders often get mixed up, with items swapped or confused for something else. It’s frustrating to leave with an order that’s not what I asked for.

Never experienced slower service and not because they were swamped - there were customers but not enough to warrant the inability to serve under 15 minutes. Also this location looks and feels like an airport lobby - for sure will never be back to this location.

With a full parking lot a drive thru wrapped around the building and a staff as many as 10. I was looking forward to nice treat Sunday morning before stopping at my Buddy's house in Jupiters. The employee had to ask the order be repeated again and again (1 was Hot 1 was Cold) ? The egg sandwich croissant and $21 dollars later!!! I JUST DONT GET IT... The extra Mocha ? The extra Hot ? The egg sandwich outside Hot the entire center Cold.... Unreal ....
Waited 40 minutes and spent 10$ for a frap that looked like it was made by a toddler. Didn’t know blending coffee was that hard.

Apparently you now have to buy something to get a pup cup. This is new. Unless Starbucks has changed what they are serving as their pup cup (which I doubt they have) this is just greedy and lame.
