Average coffee spot. Girl behind counter taking orders with face painted like Halloween and some odd colored hair had no idea what a cafe con leche was. (Hey this is South Florida, that's what they drink here, maybe a training issue) Lots of people on computers playing games just sitting around taking up real estate. I had to clean a table to sit and enjoy my latte. Oh btw the latte was my second choice.

The coffee was good. The service was blah. They truly didn't care about the customer. I asked about the menu and I was told I can see it on the screen. I was there with my friend for over an hour. If I had known there were other options besides the drinks and a handful of pastrys on display that would have been cool. Because after that hour the full menu popped up. Why wouldn't you just tell me that you have food items? I don't think I'll go back there. Cute...

Video attached for sound. Solid coffee and space to work. Can get crowded. The servers are always accommodating. Biggest downside is the nonstop screamo; it takes away from the calm, focused, and warm vibe that coffee shops are supposed to exude and honestly ruins this spot.
