I would hive this place a -100. This is the last place you come to. The lady at the front did not let me go to the bathroom before ordering. I was going to order a tuna sandwich, I'm diabetic and needed the restroom and then order and she did not give me the key and was very rude, i felt discrimination against me. I am a business owner myself. She was taking care of a customer. I didn't get her name she is a small white, dark hair lady. I have pictures of this restaurant. If any one goes here please try to do the same thing. I came here to eat and wait for my son to come out from exam. And I will never come here again. I am from Port Saint Lucie and I have never seen anything like this.
Dietary restrictions: Do not come here. This is the worst service ever. I'm diabetic needed the vathroom before ordering and she didn't want to give me the keys unless I order. I have to put stuff on this in order to review but I didn't buy anything from here. I am from port saint lucie and I have never seen this in my life.

Horrible, horrible horrible owner I asked for my sauce on the side and she told me it cost too much money to put on the side and that it can only be put on the sandwich and yelled at me and told me not to come back for asking.

I've been here plenty of times.. But this week a few times more since it's not far from the Hospital.. The owner and that employee (guy) was on point.. The sub was fresh and it was delicious everytime.. Excellent..

I asked for an extra tomato and some banana ring peppers on the side and I was told they can’t do that. The lady was giving me weird looks for what I requested on my sub. I have never experienced that before, you can get whatever toppings you want but can’t get some banana ring peppers on the side instead of directly on my sandwich. My only option was on the sandwich like how ridiculous. What cheap ownership, glad I’m not from this area and can go to better locations, the customer service was absolutely terrible!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a sandwich shop. I ordered online with a buy one get one promo and the transaction went through. On my way to pick up the sandwiches I get an email saying the order was cancelled. I call the store to find out why and this poor excuse of a manager/owner tells me that they don’t participate in the promos on the app. Even though the app says it’s a participating store. She tells me that I will get my money back but that’s not the point. Then when trying to discuss this she tells me she’s too busy and I can come in for a receipt to show the cancelled transaction. Then hangs up on me. I come in and yes I was a bit hot with the situation due to the fact I don’t like being hung up on when trying to figure out where my money is. I get there and I’m f course there’s absolutely no customers in this establishment. But yet she tells me she’s too busy and tells me to read the sign on the expo window. As if that matters considering the fact I ordered off the app. That’s not my problem. Get your system updated to the app so you’re not waistline people’s time. She was rude and deserved every bit of my words back to her. People like this don’t need to be involved in any type of customer service. What happens to the customer being right. If my payment was accepted then they should settle for the loss in their end because at the end of the day this is there mistake. Not mine. She was a nasty person and I’m glad to not have eaten anything she made for me and my children. Horrible representation of this company. Horrible owner and manager setting a terrible example for the one employee she had there. This place does not deserve to be open with this type of ownership. And this lady does not deserve the chance at owning a company. After reading some of the other reviews I can see I’m not the only one with a horrible experience. Most likely will go out of business in the future and I hope so. Customer service is just not the same anymore and i will make sure to never step foot in that place again. Place was clean probably due to the fact that they don’t look like the do much business but the attitude in there brings down the character of the store overall. Two thumbs down!! Congrats to the owner! From what I'm reading in the reviews she’s done a heck of a job running that place and making such a pathetic name for herself. Won’t be surprised if I’m in the area and see that place is gone. Sorry to the subway franchise that you have someone like this representing your company.

Can't see the meat or cheese to choose your sandwich, no longer even offer Swiss cheese and the lady at the Promenade Branch on A1A in Palm Beach Gardens is a rude and nasty person, she resents answering questions. This is not the first time she has been rude not only to me but others as well. She needs a job where she doesn't interact with customers. This Subway has gone way downhill. So sad!

The manager is not very nice. My husband walked out last visit to get two subs and asked for sauce on the side.
She said he could only have one side container that would be for only one sandwich and wouldn't be enough to spread for two subs.
So he left the subs there and walked out.
Then we went to another Subway on Northlake Boulevard by CR chicks in palm beach gardens.
It is a joy going in there. They are really nice. They gave him one container per sandwich. we will never be back at the one on A1A again.
That hasn't been the first time that my husband has complained about this manager's attitude.
Also, she will never take the subway coupons.
I have never left a bad review before.

I walked in to use the restroom because I had to go really bad. Before I walked in to the establishment with a few dollars to buy a drink to be courteous. I was walking to the bathroom and the women behind the counter said are you buying something? I said yes I will buy a drink. She says I'm sorry restrooms are for customers only. I responed technically I would be a customer if I purchased a drink. At least she was kind enough to say sorry

Poor services
Horrible Customer service! From the sounds of the other reviews this place seems to thrive on being rude to customers. My girl was more focused on gossiping about co-workers with this woman who wears her glasses infront of her mouth like a mask so it's hard to hear what she says. Very strange. Nasty sandwich maker refused to give me a water cup with a flat No, not even for ice. Please send these girls home instead of ruining your shop and get some decent workers who respect customers. We pay their paycheck!
