This location is not a very friendly one. They also will not honor things you buy through the app. If you get 2 sandwiches online with a deal they will only give you one of them stating they don’t honor online promotions.

The manager with the messed up teeth is the most disrespectful disgusting human being I have ever met. Mind you I called several times before coming to the store they took my money then told me they can make my order but I would have to pay and then proceeded to flick me off while I was with my kids and was walking out the store. I called the store and they never answered. I would give no stars if I could.

Won’t honor subway deals advertised and charged me for them anyways. They said they voided it but spent an uber ride there and back to pick it up. Bs worst subway ever. No photos to add because they never even made the sandwiches! It’s a national promo and they nixed it without warning before I got there

I’m not sure where my review went. It seems to have been deleted. I’ve never met a ruder woman than the one who runs the subway. I made an order on the app, and when I went to pick it up, she told me that they canceled it because I couldn’t use the coupon on top of the Friday sub deal. But I’m not the one that did it, the app automatically applied it. So if the app allowed it, why did they cancel it? I still don’t know because when I questioned it. All I got was nasty from the lady who threatened to call the police When all I wanted to know was why did the app accept it if the store did it. In the end it’s because the store takes a hit when they don’t accept headquarters Coupons on the app. So this franchiser allows the coupon to be used on the app, but then just cancels it on customers who come in to pick them up. And tell them they can pay the full price. It’s a lousy standard. I’m done with Subway. If I can’t use the app to order and know that I’m gonna get my food when I go to pick it up, it’s pointless.

I made an order online and went to pick it up and was told the order was canceled. That was because there was a 40% off coupon automatically added by the app on top of the Friday sub deal. So I asked the rude lady customer why the app accepted it and they’re not gonna accept it and asked for the name of the franchise owner and she told me she was gonna call the police. Literally because I wanted to know why. I believe that Subway corporate somehow punishes franchisees who don’t accept the coupons on the app so this particular franchisee accept the orders on the app, but then cancel them when the customers come to pick them up and tell them they can order it at full price. That is not a good business. If I order on the app, I wanna know that I’m gonna get what I ordered when I pick it up. Not nastiness and threats to call the police.

Food cold. Food terrible. Too expensive.
It says they have coca-cola on the app, but they don’t they have Pepsi.
My sub had little to NO meat and ingredients on it! I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki… it was FLAT. That’s how little meat it had on it and it was a foot long.
They charged me 21.75$ for a foot long chips and a drink!

The food portion was very small and the price very high. My sub was tosted and cold, and pretty much nothing but bread and sauce. I do not recommend to anyone.

The lady currently working refused my service, stating that she had already closed at 8:45 pm. I asked her why the hours of operation on the door show 9 p.m. She stated, “This is a franchise, so we do whatever we want!”

The sign with a $6.99 meal is big and she said “I don’t have it”

Never met such a rude subway worker in my life, thank god the other gentleman made my sandwich. All I did was ask for a side of MVP sauce to try since I didn’t get it on my sub which it comes with… and literally got YELLED AT… the little old Spanish lady GOTTA GO!! rolling her eyes at the customer before me and then yelling at me for asking for a small side of sauce.. the other worker was very polite and told me her name was Theresa. She needs to be gone ASAP, way too rude to be around civilized people. Stick to pub subs, jimmy John’s or Jersey mikes. Subways is on its way out if this is who is managing it.

Just so you know I order a sandwich and ask for a glass of faucet water and she refused she said I had to buy bottled water it's the first time ever that someone a manager of a restaurant said NO to faucet water. We never went back & told everyone and my family not to go to another Subway on A1A pbg ever again!

Person is very slow to make a sub then they mail me a coupon which they do not honor. This will be the last time I come to this place my first mind said go to Publix I should have listened to myself.

I would hive this place a -100. This is the last place you come to. The lady at the front did not let me go to the bathroom before ordering. I was going to order a tuna sandwich, I'm diabetic and needed the restroom and then order and she did not give me the key and was very rude, i felt discrimination against me. I am a business owner myself. She was taking care of a customer. I didn't get her name she is a small white, dark hair lady. I have pictures of this restaurant. If any one goes here please try to do the same thing. I came here to eat and wait for my son to come out from exam. And I will never come here again. I am from Port Saint Lucie and I have never seen anything like this.

Dietary restrictions: Do not come here. This is the worst service ever. I'm diabetic needed the vathroom before ordering and she didn't want to give me the keys unless I order. I have to put stuff on this in order to review but I didn't buy anything from here. I am from port saint lucie and I have never seen this in my life.
