I should have taken a photo, but I was too hungry! I got to build my own bowl, and they have plenty of options, especially when it comes to toppings and bases. The proteins are pretty standard, similar to what you find in other places.

The person who helped me was very friendly and guided me in choosing my ingredients. The food had a good flavor, and the portion size was generous for a reasonable price.

The place claims that everything is cooked with olive oil and avocado oil—which I can’t confirm—but if that’s true, it’s definitely a plus.

Picture one more tiny piece of sweet potato, which was sampled before we paused to think that we should take a picture and review this. That’s all $5.25 (before taxes, tips, and fees) gets you when you order the Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Pathetic.

The blackened chicken has way too much seasoning so this time I requested to tone it down and have 1/2 blackened chicken & 1/2 of the plain chicken- Request denied
Ditto during my previous visit when requesting to sub warm sweet potato for the chilled version- Nope
For a create your own $18 salad they could be more customer accommodating

The salads and ingredients are delicious. The problem is the service. It seems like you have to order double of most of the things in order to get one actual serving. If you order through Uber eats or any kind of delivery service or to go they’re gonna ruin your order every single time. Whether it’s ingredients or protein missing or just an entire order completely wrong or missing. I suggest you go in to eat so you can get your food the way you order it instead of being mad that you spent $25 on a salad that’s worth five dollars. The restaurant also makes it very hard for customers to get a hold of any type of management or anyone to speak with when their orders are wrong it’s almost like they don’t want to deal with you at all, which is pretty much what happens every time you order delivery from there so buyer beware. The food is amazing. The service is awful. Go there in person to eat.

My husband and I just had lunch here and I am blown away by the kindness the manager here showed us. I have a lot of dietary restrictions due to my daughter‘s intolerances while I’m breast-feeding. This is the first time we have gone out to eat in 3 1/2 months because of this. When I went in, I asked if they had a full ingredients/allergen list for the menu items. The manager came out to us and patiently let me go through the entire binder of ingredients. I apologize several times because I felt bad for being such a pain, but he kept telling me not to worry. He then personally made our order and when we went to pay, he told us that he went ahead and took care of it for us since it was the first time we have gone out to eat in so long after having our baby. So not only am I impressed that they had the full allergen menu that I requested and that the food was clean and delicious, but I am also blown away by the kindness and patience we were shown. Honestly just made my day. Thank you so much!

Walked in and ordered to go. When I got home I realized the server made the wrong salad, the protein was correct but the ingredients weren’t what I was looking for.

Ordered through Uber and I was excited because I’ve never tried this spot as I’m on visiting and needless to say it wasn’t what I expected the food was okay put the portions were terrible. Both bowls I ordered barley came half full and 1 bowl I paid for extra mushrooms and only recipe maybe 7 small diced pieces 👎🏽. Sad to say I don’t think I’ll be visiting again

Staff and manager get upset if you try to pay with a 50 dollar bill. Its like a big problem for them insisting that i use a credit card. As far as i know. Its US currency. Put up a sign. Or something instead of warning me not to pay with a big bill next time. Dont worry there wont be a next time

Sweetgreen is hands down our favorite spot! My wife and I love coming here not just for the fresh, delicious food but also for the incredible team that always enhances the experience. I especially want to shout out Alejandro—he consistently goes above and beyond every time we visit… and we’ve been here at least 40 times!
