Terrible food. The attention a disaster. They gave me an order that had nothing to do with what was requested and on top of that the cook argued with me and made me open the burritos only to then realize that he had made a mistake. DON'T COME. DON'T WASTE TIME. IT'S NOT WORTH STRESSING OVER A PLATE OF FOOD. The girl in the photo is rude and disrespectful.

I love Taco Bell, but this location is quite sad. I ordered a cheesy double beef burrito with extra beef and this is what I got. This specific location has turned me off Taco Bell for sometime.
Eewewewww... ordering at kiosk inside and a bug crawls across the screen... but its FL so I don't think too much about it... then I got dive bombed by some flying thing while waiting for my food...final straw...woman comes in from drive-thru saying a roach crawled out of her bag when she checked her order. NO THANK YOU! And then they told her they didn't know how to do a refund and the manager called someone who said sorry we can't do refunds... WHAT!? so we just have to accept roach food now? Northlake TacoBell clean your restaurant!!!

Just moved to this area and been hitting this Tac B on the reg. Julius has the quality here on lock. 10/10 as far as Taco Bells go. He is very kind and customer oriented at the window. Honestly not sure I’ve ever had a better experience at a Taco Bell and I’ve been going weekly for years.
