Management at this location is a joke and all the employees are extremely rude and unqualified for even this simple job! All you need to know about the quality of service provider are in the many dissatisfied reviews left, hit newest and scroll to see the pattern of constant issues here. Beware and stay away! There's another Taco Bell on Blue Heron blvd past congress just down the road that give EXCEPTIONAL service in comparison.

Whoever is running this taco bell, has no place to be leading a business. The most sorry place I have ever gotten food from. Go to open the door and it's locked, so I get in the drive through for 20 minutes because it's backed up. Once I get to the speaker and tell them I'm picking up for door dash, for my own self at that, I'm not a dasher, they then say you have to pick it up inside. I specify that the door was locked and they say you have to tell someone you are picking up for door dash to unlock the door for you. There is no sign that says that so how do I know? After I sat there and waited, someone lets me inside. I stand there for 20 minutes with nobody greeting me or saying anything, finally someone asks me if I'm picking up.
It's not the customers job to greet, it is the employees job, and these are doing a very lack luster job at running an efficient business. The sad part, I've been here multiple times and I have been told if the door is locked then you can go in the drive through for door dash. Everytime I come here it's a nightmare, there is no consistency, and it's ran very poorly. Get it together.

I ordered and waited for an hour ! i’m not even exaggerating . And the manager was very rude . I’m not sure how this location is still open but corporate needs to pay a visit . Nobody there speaks English and just stands around

I have been coming to this taco bell for years. Every time I order my FAVORITE burrito the chicken enchilada burrito I get hard rice...how hard is it to cook rice.. Also, I ordered 2 sides of black beans and I was expecting the screen shot posted and this is what I received. I got 2 of them which was almost $5. I asked the manager why it was this size and I was told this is the new size. Absolute joke and proof of shrinkflation. Meanwhile a size of jalapenos is $0.42 in the same size cup. Never again

Never got our food.. we are from Maine.. no machine orders. No help at the counter... 8 ppl in line... Mgr came in, went to back . Never returned. Asked 4 times about order.... before they decided I did the machine order wrong..
Ok. But STILL no help... hubby is 80 and we are here. For the winter

I visited the Taco Bell at around 8:45 a.m. to pick up a DoorDash order. The lobby was locked even though hours posted said it should be open. When I went through the drive-thru, a woman at the window told me DoorDash pickups must go through the lobby. I explained it was locked, and she responded rudely and dismissively. Word for word, she told me “It will be unlocked by the time you get back there.” I’d like management to review this interaction, as it was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for over 30 years. For a long time, there was a lovely older gentlemen who made the whole machine run. For the last decade or so, management has been inconsistent and food is spotty. Recently I went in a couple times and had the first nice experience after years. Friendly and customer focused care, apologizing and correcting mistakes, leadership happening behind the scenes. Thank you to employee West for the nice experience recently and hope you stick through and help manage the Taco Bell back to its glory days.
Kiosk only service. Low stock. No napkins. Restrooms in bad shape. Can't rate customer service. No one ever spoke...

Worst experience ever, went through drive through and they forgot more than half of my order. The manager cussed me out because I told her she forgot 70% of my order. I've traveled all over the USA and this is the worst I've been too by far!!!!!!
