The food is amazing! Service was so slow and the atmosphere was so loud. It’s more of a men’s club to me. We went for my birthday and it was never mentioned unfortunately. The resort is gorgeous if we go back I would request a quieter table. It’s definitely a place to impress your male co workers with table side tomahawk cutting and amazing caviar service. The burger is the best in the county in my opinion it tasted like back home fresh from the farm.

I had an amazing dinner experience last night from the host, manager Mrs dallas, and absolutely world greatest bartenders Matt and Paul! I will definitely be back and thanks so much for the amazing top notch service.

The food was good but sadly my review is based on the 6+ screaming children who were running around back and forth. Their parents couldn’t be bothered to be considerate of anyone else in the restaurant and clearly didn’t teach their children what manners are. The headache I got from sitting in this restaurant for 30 minutes plus was terrible. I didn’t even finish my food and left it was horrible. Children either shouldn’t be allowed in the restaurant or there should be an expectation of being somewhat quiet and considerate of other diners. I thought this place was supposed to be upscale considering most items on the menu are 100 plus ( More expensive than lots of fine dining in Miami) that it would be a nice experience. It was a very crude and unpolished experience and a lot of the diners were dressed VERY casually. Lower the prices if the staff and owners of the hotel/ restaurant can not uphold some level of class regarding the experience at The Butchers Club. For lack of a better term I’d describe it as ghetto. I was so disgusted by all the poorly behaved children. Don’t market something as fine dining and then under deliver.
Chef Jeremy does it again! This is our second visit to TBC and I didn’t think it could top our first visit but it did.
Shoutout to Paul for making our 8 year anniversary so special! Thank you for your stellar service and suggestions. I am still dreaming of the coconut ceviche.
Steak, truffle chicken, wagyu burger, or the ala vodka pasta, every single dish was delicious and made to perfection. Don’t sleep on the Parker house rolls with honey butter *drool*
We can confidently add the butchers club to our top dining options in south Florida. Fabulous meal, lovely service and great atmosphere - what else do you need! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu now that we’ve tried most of it, chef Jeremy’s culinary creations will leave you thinking about your dish for weeks.

Amazing! Went to the butchers club for anniversary service was exceptional, the food was extraordinary, and the room was super sexy! I can’t say enough about this experience. We had an amazing time Chef, Jeremy and Dallas always deliver. Definitely recommend butchers Club for any special occasion or a night out on the town. Thank you again Butcher’s club team. We will be back.

Potatoes Burnt my mouth ruining my steak and server didn’t even offer to comp them. I hate to complain but this bothered me. Not up to par with the expectation at a great Resort like

Wow. From the opening cocktail this visit is an experience. Guided by our wait staff Elena, we were taken on a journey of Chef Jeremy's talents. Elena guided us through a truly memorable meal. Thank you to this outstanding restaurant and staff for a very special and unexpected evening!

If I could add more stars I would. Elena was extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her job as a server in the restaurant. It is so refreshing to see such genuine love in one’s work.
The meal was an absolute home run. The chef certainly knows his way around a truffle…or two. As someone who hates when truffle oil makes an appearance on a menu, I have an aversion to anything truffle in restaurants, but the quality (and quantity) of truffles used, especially the absence of “truffle oil” made a believer out of me.
Chef Jeremy, I would like to shake your hand one day. That was one of the most pleasurable meals of my adult life. Thank you.

Cruise quality food. $500 dinner that was worth $100. (No bottles of wine). Steaks were tough and underwhelming in flavor. Sides were strange combinations that were trying way to hard. The atmosphere presents itself like a special fine dining steak, chophouse restaurant. As we entered, I believed there was hope, but realized we were way overdressed when seated next to us was a group in T-shirts, shorts and flip-flops. Also surprising, a table was allowed to bring their dog to sit at and on the table, and was fed off the table in the middle of the restaurant? FYI, this was not a service dog.
Lastly, watching Two of the weight staff/food runners deliver food to tables that was in a bowl.. I noticed this near the end of our meal and proceeded to observe their thumbs placed inside the food bowl while carrying to serve. We counted 14 thumbs in people’s food in our last 15 mins of being there. I really don’t think the staff care, because they tag 20% gratuity on no matter what, so there is no incentive to provide any quality service.

Service excellent with Anthony but very disappointed with the managers special ribeye steak. Ordered medium rear & sent back being bloody rare. Caesar salad very strange with spices n3ver had before & no anchovies. No baked potatoes but a chopped potato different spices, creamed spinach again spices . Not happy with any of the sides. The best part of meal special buns with honey butter. Overall for the food & high price will never return.

Jolin goes above and beyond in all aspects of service. We are members and she always remembers our name and warmly greets us every time we are there! We make a point to say hello even when we are dining at other outlets in the resort.

Sadly the decor was nicer than the meal, although it is a bit loud as the voices from across the room were somehow amplified.
We came excited to try the special pre-fixe menu for Flavor month. The appetizer started off great, I had the peach panzanella and hubs had the French onion soup. We both ordered the filet mignon, saddest plate of under seasoned meat accompanied by dried out barely warm fries. You’d be better off w the burger. we saw one which looked delish. Profiteroles and mango panna cota were good. Not impressed at all.
