Stay away. We ate there 2 years ago. thought it was great. Went there recently. terrible. And to make matters worse they have a 20 percent mandatory tip added to the bill. Go to Harrys palm beach. Much better food, service, and atmosphere.

We sat down very excited for an amazing dinner and we were sat by a screaming child. We were on a date night with another couple and it was not an enjoyable time so we asked to be moved. Plenty of seating in the main room as we were in a room at the front. Management came over to tell us that they were a “kids friendly” hotel full of excuses instead of just moving us. We respect that and only wanted to move in the other room. The manager let us know how annoyed she was with us by her attitude. The food here is incredible and the prices are very high so we wanted the great experience we went for. Our server was fantastic! Be warned the management needs improvement and if you don't want to sit with kids, ask to be sat in the main room.

An experience is a once in a life time event. Jolin the lead hostess did an exquisite job making our experience just that. Her genuine enthusiasm was felt from phone call into meeting her in person. Our meal was as promised fresh and delicious. Sandra capped off our evening with amazing and also genuine kindness while serving us.Best customer service both of had in our entire time living in Florida- From start to finish 5 stars. Wow most overpriced restaurant I've ever been too and I've eaten at Gordon Ramseys restaurant in London, and other Michelin star restaurants. Here you are in the Everglades and dinner is way over priced. To start on the cocktail menu they have one drink that is $24 and the next one was $320. How does that even make sense? In Miami, London or NYC maybe but in the swamp? Just crazy. Or you at least tell you customers hey that's not $32 that's $320 for a single cocktail. But beyond that for dinner to cost some $600 is insane. Again not Michelin star nor famous chef. Just some guy who made it on Top Chef. Really not worth it.

The high prices did not equate to the quality of food. The bison ribeye was tasteless and chewy. The tomahawk ribeye was tasteless and chewy. The only tasty dish was the fish. Kind of ironic where a steakhouse has good fish and mediocre steaks at Best. Even though I am a member and received a 20% discount, I shall not return to this restaurant. There are plenty of other steakhouses on the north end that have better quality food. On a positive note our server Elena was very friendly and efficient. 

Food was great, their salads are always a must and the drinks were ingenious. Service was outstanding as always. Ask for Sandra, she's awesome.

Not one of my favorite steak places. Extremely expensive and you even get charged for bread. Would not ever go back

We had a wonderful time, just like the last visit. Our server Elena was amazing and so great with our little ones! Food was delicious and everyone really made my wife feel special for her birthday! Thank you!

Everything was top tier! Amazing food, service, and ambiance. The drink menu is extensive but the bartenders also made us a few custom cocktails. Our server Phillip was knowledgeable and took great care of us!

Always a pleasure dining here. The food is consistently delicious. Service from Sandra was top notch. A must have in your order is the baby gem Caesar salad and spicy rigatoni.

Our third time dinning here and we absolutely love the food and atmosphere. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We will continue to come back

We enjoyed our dining experience, and the food was very good. I just wish the waiter had advised us that each drink was over $30.00; we were surprised when handed the bill.

My family and I dine at The Butcher's Club frequently and always have an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. They are very accommodating for our family with an infant and a toddler. Elena is usually our server and is truly the best! We look forward to our next visit.

Lena was amazing! Delish food! Highly recommend. Got in town 845 pm and got a reservation for 915. Amazing!

We were a group of 5 for dinner. We all had the 3 Course Summer Special. The food was wonderful. Sandra, who waited on our table, was great....really first rate service....professional, attentive without being overbearing; but available when needed. Overall....great experience.
