Our dinners, which included 3 courses under the Flavor of Palm Beach were excellent. One of us had the 8 oz.filet which was cooked to perfection and two of us had the Kona encrusted Sirloin which we both rated as excellent and one of the best steaks we have had in a long time. The quality of the food was only topped by the attentive and professional service we received from our server, Vio. We can't wait to return.
We have been to the capital Grille many times, and have many plans of returning there. We took some friends there, and everyone had an outstanding time! We all got different entrées, different appetizers and different desserts everyone raved about everything! Let me mention also that Jeff was an outstanding Server could not do a better job absolutely over the top!
I don't recall our server's name (Shirley?). I will update if it's not that. She was amazing! My son (not with us) proposed earlier in the day. I asked for a bottle of champagne. Described what I like and don't like in champagne. Her choice was exactly what I was looking for and mid priced. Overall service was on point and then for dessert, we were surprised with delicious choices and “congratulations” scrolled in chocolate. Food as always was amazing.
