Food was great, great portions too. Their cheesecakes never disappoint, love coming here for a sweet treat.

It was my first time. Loved it. Just the folks vaping close to our table I didn't appreciate. We had a fantastic waitress! The Appetizers were great. Main course was great and the dessert was top tiered delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

SO I SEE RACISM STILL EXIST AT CHEESECAKE FACTORY! PICKING UP A TO GO ORDER WAS ALERTED THAT MY ORDER WAS READY FOR PICKUP SO I PROCEEDED TO THE TAKE- OUT AREA. WAITED PATIENTLY ANOTHER INDIVIDUALS( CAUCASIAN MALE) WALK UP INTO THE AREA WHICH I WAS STANDING. I SEE 2 ORDERS READY FOR PICKUP A CHEESECAKE EMPLOYEE CAN TO ASSIT HE ( AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE) TO I NAME . EMPLOYEE THEN WALK TO THE AREA WHERE THE TAKE OUT WERE SITTING EMPLOYEE PICK UP ONE ORDER WHEN EMPLOYEE WALKED BACK TO US THINKING SINCE I WAS STANDING AT THE TAKE OUT AREA 1ST THAT THE EMPLOYEE WAS HANDING MY ORDER FIRST BUT OF THE OTHER CUSTOMER ( CAUCASIAN MALE) RECEIVED HIS ORDER FIRST . SAYING TO MY SELF WOW!! OBLIVIOUS IN ORDER TO BE TREATED RESPECTFULLY YOU HAVE TO BE CAUCASIAN!! CLEARLY MY ORDER WAS SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO THE OTHER CUSTOMER ORDER EMPLOYEE DECIDED I WASNT IMPORTANT!! UNFORTUNATELY I'VE NOTICED THIS UNACCEPTABLE THROUGH OUT THE NORTHERN AREAS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY. I PROMISE I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THIS UNHUMANE TREATMENT ESPECIALLY PLACES WHERE I SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY AT!! WILL BE DEALING WITH ESTABLISHMENT ON THE LEGAL SIDE AND FILLING DISCRIMINATION SUITS!!

They are making all their portion sizes smaller.
The prices stay the same and you get less food.

Both my girlfriend and I got sick with stomach problems. I can't say it was completely the food because our table also noticed that the silverware was dirty and asked for new ones. The waiter was outstanding and made sure we had everything we need.

Hubby and I had lunch here on Sunday. There was a 20 minute wait for a table so we chose to eat at the bar. The bartender, Shai, was very attentive from beginning to end. And watching her make drinks was very entertaining - she's a master. Our food came out fairly quickly and we were very happy. I had the Skinny Factory salad which was delicious and my man had the meatloaf that he said was also delicious. I had a Sangria that I enjoyed very much and he took home a piece of peach cheesecake. We always have a good experience at this location.

Waited 40 minutes to be sat on a Saturday night. No problem. Then we got our table but no service. Two tables that sat right next to us and after us got service. After 20+ minutes of servers just walking by us in a busy restaurant, we walked out. What a way to make us feel invisible. Never going back.
