We had the best experience at The Cooper because of Tippens the Bartender. He was so friendly, informative and really good at his job. He gave the best service to us by recommending the best food and drinks on the menu. We will definitely be back because of him!
We were a group of 4 and needed a table outside without too much noise. The hostess gave us two options and we found a table that was quiet enough - the PGA road noise was there, but not bad. Our waiter, Drew was excellent - took our drink orders right away and was very accommodating. He came back and checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. Reservations at 4:30pm - asked for a booth - love sitting in their booths - early dinner so hardly anyone was there which we enjoyed drinks were fantastic, one was the cucumber one & the other one I forgot - went to look back at menu online & it is not up to date with their drinks now. Appetizer Whipped Ricotta Toast which was tasty. Lots of cheese just not enough slices of toast for the amount of cheese. We did ask for some more bread & still did not finish the cheese....
