We decided to try this place on the way home. We first walked in and there were only two tables occupied. We stood at the entrance waiting for a waitress to sit us. After the waitress looking at us several times and never saying a word we went to the bar. Someone came out after several minutes saying. I’ll get the bartender. The bartender came out where there was only three other people at the bar. She seemed bothered to sever us. My wife had a drink she normally drinks with recipe written down. She seemed very bothered to make it even though it is a simple drink. I asked for a Captain and Coke. For some reason she could not remember that and kept saying diet and Captain. I kept saying no regular coke and Captain My wife then asked if she could have a strawberry in her drink and the bartender said she didn’t have any. She then opened the cooler and a container of strawberries was sitting right there. The phone rang several times and she was so rude to everyone that called. I never write a review but this service was so bad I will never come back and felt the need to warn others. Please don’t waste your time. Such a shame because even a soso place would not make me write a review but this place was unacceptable. Really a shame because this place seemed like it could be a great place. I walked out and did not even try to order dinner.

I just can’t say enough about our experience at The Dancing Crane. I hosted a baby shower there for my daughter on March 9th, 2024 and everything was spectacular! I received several emails and text messages from our guests raving about the entire day. From the delicious food, the service and the organization of the whole event. The staff were very efficient and accommodating. If you’re looking for a place to hold a special event, The Dancing Crane is your place. I also want to thank Kelly for all her help. She was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy.

Of course we love Max! The food was okay. Steak in taco needs to be cut so you can just bite into the taco. We all enjoyed the beef sliders! I also liked the cedar salad. My friend liked her fattoush salad. The house margarita was very nice.It was a nice ride out from town. There is still some preserve area remaining. I liked that the outdoor dining porch area is screened in. The restaurant overlooks the golf course so it's always a lovely view,

This restaurant is horrible. I never normally write bad reviews as I realize the implications for a restaurant; however, this review is absolutely necessary for everyone in all of the surrounding housing communities who help this business. We all ordered our food and after nearly one hour, we still did not have our food. I saw the kitchen door swing open and saw the cook handling all of our food with his hands (no gloves). I watched as he mixed his hands through salad, a green chicken avocado wrap and more. Infuriated as people within our party have health conditions, I demanded to speak to the manager. Instead of apologizing and taking ownership, the manager and our server tried denying it saying that it wasn’t our food the cook was handling without gloves. I was absolutely appalled because this implies that she was okay with whoever ordered that food (another table) clearly having their food touched without gloves. To make matters worse, there was no apology, no offer of any accommodation or anything. Just excuses and blatant disregard for our concerns. The health department/inspectors should visit this establishment because this is unacceptable. A real shame as we are new to the area and we will never go back. I plan to share this experience with others so that they can make an educated decision on taking the risk of eating here.

Had an incredible first experience for brunch. My server was Aalayna who was quick, polite, & knowledgeable! Great time also $16 mimosas are wonderful!
Not only that they are huge, they are Crispy, juicy, and you must try all 5 sauces. We normally come on Thursdays for Trivia night and order at least one order of wings if not two.

Hate to do this but this was the worst meal I have had in years. Definitely worse than hospital food. I would easily give hospital food a michelin star (obviously this will never happen, but needed to stress or emphasize on how bad this was). The ribeye didn't look like a ribeye. I ordered it medium rare and it looked like a plastic starburst inside.
