Habit Burger & Grill

This was my first time going to Habit Burger and I must admit - I loved it! If you want a better than fast food burger and fries, this is the spot! I recommend their veggie burger and the fries and rings combo.

5:30 pm for dinner, very busy so I decided to take out. Beef was cold in the middle, very dry and tough to chew like it had been reheated, certainly not fresh! Bun tasted stale and also hard to chew. Overall the burger was terrible. On the other hand the onion rings were delicious and the milk shake was great. Don’t go there when it’s busy, they just can’t make a good product. Oh and by the way NOT CHEAP, really think it’s overpriced.

First time visiting. Super chaotic. Very unwelcoming. Waited 13 minutes for an order of tempura green beans that weren’t seasoned. Will not be back.

The food was delicious and the service was great!! Iban and Alma did a great job taking care of us during a very busy rush. I will definitely be coming again!!

Ivan and Alma were great and gave the best customer service given the current circumstances. Even through the yelling customers and immense amount of orders they stayed calm and did their best to get the rest of the food out and be nice to everyone. Definitely recommend coming here if you want a good burger!

My experience at Habit was excellent! Alma was very professional, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond to provide great service. I highly recommend asking for Alma if you visit Habit!

So I show up at 11am for an early lunch and they tell me to come back in an hour because they’re locking the doors. Huh? Be back in an hour? I seriously doubt it.

The food is good. The service is horrendous. Every single time I pick up food it’s wrong in one way or another. The entire blame is on management. The customer comes last here and you will experience it first hand. I don’t understand how it can still be open because of the disrespect towards customers. Wrong orders or they will give your food to anybody then look at you like it’s your fault. As frustrating as you can get. I know now after many attempts to suck it up and it’s not me. 100 percent it is a problem with management and the lackadaisical attitude that has now infected the workers. Very sad.

Not very personable establishment. Ordered from a screen. Staff did not seem interested in interacting. Food was ok. I've definitely had a better experience on the west coast.

Coming to this habit burger for over five years Since they opened and I've never had a bad experience With the workers nor food. People are always friendly and the food is always fresh. They are fast and providing you the service that is deserved in a restaurant. The manager is very accommodating in modifications to your order .

Don't know, allow one worker that poorly represented the company to be the representation of the greater employees
