Very disappointed I make a curbside order with tip! And I receive a text my food is ready I confirm I’m outside via text waited in my vehicle for 15 minutes then I finally decide get out my car to grab my food and then to have to be threatened by an employee because I ask to have them remake my fries is ridiculous definitely the worse experience I’ve ever had there other then that food great staff suck the night of 11/19 8-9pm

Habit has change their customer service
Quality and no one speak English anymore and when you enter no one says hello. Not welcoming at all. If you utensils for a family of they give us one fork and a knife. 😭

Terrible service, small and expensive burger. Don’t taste good and way too much mayo. They didn’t give the Uber eats driver half of my order. The burgers were saturated with mayo, all I could see when I opened the sandwich was mayo.

Clean place great food . Order at counter or kiosk and pick up at counter. Self serve soda. No waiter politicking. If you like burgers you can't lose.

Minimal English speakers, food sat ready while workers jabbering with each other. The worst part is the location switched to Pepsi! I won't be back.

One of my favorite places to get burgers. Better than 5 guys IMO

Absolutely delicious burgers. Fresh. Not over cooked typical fast food burgers. My new go to when I need a quick burger fix. If they're around you. Not too many?
