Enjoyable experience. Santa Barbara Charburger was very good.The crispy chicken sandwich was only fair - did not like the presentation or the bread; but the onion rings are top tier and some of the best I've eaten anywhere. Will be back for the burgers and rings!

My burger was almost raw once I got home and threw it out after the first bite. It had blood dripping and I don't eat it like this, I said well done. I threw it out and went back the next day to get a refund and the manager was very rude. He wanted proof and for me to bring the burger back. Why would I keep a burger and bring it back. It wasn't even about the money, I was hungry and didn't have food to eat so it was more annoying and inconvenient. I said whatever and was about to leave but after being rude and saying he wouldn't give me a refund or free burger he finally did. I took the food but not going back again

We live 5 min away and when we come in it is never consistent. Ordered the char burger a dbl, 1 slice cheese, grilled onions on the side. we were charged a additional $ for the 2nd burger . Yet online a dbl is $6.99. And we saved the CO $ by having it plain, 1 slice of cheese only Repeated the order 3 x to her, language barrier ? My single char burger online says $5.39 , was charged more! Both burgers were not hot yet you wait while it is prepared. This was the messiest burger w way too much dressing and lettuce was icky, parts you normally don't eat. The sweet potatoes fried were not crisp, bummer was so looking forward to it
