Staff were very friendly and helpful even when we came in at the last hour before they closed! They were great with all customers besides us. Very quick for the quality of food. Better than the location on PGA. Spent 23 bucks for the 2 of us. Sweet tea was good. Strawberry drink was good but too sweet for me. Diluted with water to make less sweet for my taste. Going back again

The manager had the cooks start cleaning the grills before closing time which prevented me from getting food. If the store closes at 10 p.m. then that is the time you start cleaning the grills. Not before!

The incompetence is strong here. The food is good, but I'm not sure if the back of the house can read or just doesn't care. Ordered the tempura avocado, was sent the wrong thing. Ok, let's try again....wrong item again. It's frustrating. Pay attention, what else is going on in that kitchen. Get it together and make sure the people working in your kitchen have at least half a brain. Can't even get thru when trying to call the place. Not the first time with this but it's the last for me now

Tried Habit Burger for the first time on a recommendation from a friend who raves about it and always gets it when she’s in California. She specifically recommended the onion rings, and I ordered the Portabella Char. I asked for it without the roasted garlic aioli and no pickles—I’m not a fan of garlic or condiments in general, so I usually order sauce on the side or not at all.

I placed a takeout order and was really excited to try it. But when I got home and opened the bag, the burger had both pickles and aioli. I tried to scrape it off, but the garlic was all over the bread. I didn’t eat it.

The onion rings were excellent—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. But I was disappointed the burger wasn’t made as ordered. Leaving off sauce and pickles isn’t a complicated request. It really ruined the experience.

Was very unorganized was not clean at all had to ask for someone to clean our table more than once and the portions you get a bigger burger at McDonald's dollar menu

Absolutely delicious burgers BUT my wife got food poisoning from the chicken and I got it from the drink machine

The food is good. They have order kiosks that make ordering your food easy. The food is made to order so it takes a minute to get your food, but it's quality. Their drinks are fun too. Recommend if you just want a burger done correctly.

them taking the impossible burger off the menu is my 9/11. there's literally 0 reason for vegans/ vegetarians to eat here anymore. the other veggie burger is gross

Eh… I have had better burgers at a fast food joint. I don’t go to places like this for atmosphere but it was hard not to notice how sticky the tables and floors were. Again the food just didn’t hit for me, which is sad because I tend to be less harsh in burgers because I love them. Wouldn’t eat here again.

On the 39th day of spring, I entered this kingdom of grease. During dusk yesterday, there was confusion regarding the purchase of a liquid refreshment and my perceived failure to do so. The staff helped me to understand what was happening. The Rosa lady was very nice! Please tell her she did a really, really good job! She solved everything. All I needed to do was show the bank statement for the multiply charged beverages, and I was able to get a coupon for a future large drink.

However, I still do not understand how the printed orders work. Can I get a video explaining how it functions? Is it okay to step into the kitchen again so I can watch it during less busy hours?

Also, do I need to get a printed receipt in the future to validate any drink purchases I make? Or should showing purchasing history again solve any problems? I needed to leave the building to do it because of the cell reception inside.

Also, also, the little avocado things are good. Are they only temporary?

Any answers would be super helpful!

It was me and my wife’s first time eating at this restaurant. The establishment was very clean. Customer service was excellent and the food tasted great for the price. Definitely will be coming back next time we’re in town
