Ordered from them through Uber eats. Sandwich and hash browns were exactly what I ordered and were excellent. Frustrated because they didn’t include the iced coffee. They packed all the creamers and straws, but not the coffee. They didn’t bother to look at my order receipt that was stapled to my bag to double check that all of my items were accounted for.

This place is a disgrace for “Brooklyn” bagels. The bagels were too chewy. The cream cheese wasn’t spread like they do it in New York. The eggs are definitely not fresh and tasted like rubber; no flavour. I think they were prepackaged and microwaved. Cheese wasn’t even melted on my eggs or toasted bagel. Hash browns were frozen, and they are most places, but they didn’t have much flavouring. There was also a guy in there with a large dog. Certainly not a service dog, as it sniffed me as I walked past, was wearing a prong collar, and no vest, which isn’t mandatory, but it does help. Staff either didn’t mind or ignored it. I don’t want a dog where I’m eating. The only thing that wasn’t disappointing was the fountain drinks.
Disappointing experience. They’re a chain, they really should invest in something as simple as cooking eggs to order.

NOT Taylor ham! If you’re going to advertise something with the trademark logo, back it up! I’m not even sure this was pork roll at all, let alone the legit brand. The eggs were fake, it was a crumbly and congealed mess and had no taste. A real shame, since I genuinely enjoyed the bagel, seeded Black Russian is hard to find! The hash browns were very good, too, and the coffee was delicious. Service was nice and friendly. But I paid $16 for an iced coffee, a pair of hash browns, and this terrible sandwich. Stick with the bagel and schmear, don’t bother with the sandwich, especially if you want legit Taylor ham. Tbh 3 stars seems harsh, I wish I could do 3.5, but can’t. Consider this a C+ I suppose.

I never had a bad bagel here. Bagels are made fresh here and everything you put in your bagel tastes good and fresh. I will definitely come again!

A sad they charge Full price even though you're eliminate something from a sandwich to me it's paying for some thing you didn't get and can't get the order right,👂 also the cashiers being pushy for gratuity

Subpar bagels. If you are looking to make your own bagel this is the place for you. If you ask for salt pepper ketchup they tell you no and hand you a bag to take your sandwich apart and add the condiments yourself. Ruins the experience, doesn’t meet the customers requests, and making the sandwich is literally their job, not mine. I’d also like to add that I think they use those bottles of eggs and not fresh eggs bc their eggs never taste like anything, just completely bland, and the bagels also lack flavor….its an all around bland and disappointing experience. Frankly, it’s nothing like a bagel from Brooklyn or anywhere in NY.

Went in to pick up a to-good-to-go order, the manager at the store proceeded to give an attitude during pick up. Started with demanding me to give my phone over to her, before clarifying she wanted to make sure I was at the right store.
This was asked, after requesting my phone several times, because other people made a mistake for being a the wrong location to pick up an order.
She then gave my order to me by dropping the bag on the counter and not even looking my way doing so. Completely rude customer service. All the other employees I've dealt with have been very respectful and kind when I've been here previously.
The manager at this store was the embodiment of a karen through and through, and I won't be visiting this location for any orders with this brand.

I would have give it 5 stars but I really wanted bialeys to take back to west coast of Florida and their oven was broken. 2nd time this happened. Still brought a dozen everything bagels back. I wish a franchise would open here in the Lakewood Ranch area of Sarasota.

The original design was better than their remodel. The high tops are not comfortable to sit at especially if you are older. They don't allow phone orders, which means you cannot call and make an order while you're driving in your car. You would have to make sure you order on the app, the manager seem to be really rude to all their employees.
