The OZ Restaurant

The staff is very kind and friendly and is very anxious to please you. When we came we had trouble with our balcony door and was immediately offered an alternate room which we are very happy with.

The servers were so accommodating with me. Friendly, attentive and best experience ever! Robert, Daniela and Marcha thank you!

The food was really really good. Stayed there three nights and had dinner there all 3 nights. 1st night spent out by the pool and great having them wait on us there. Bar tenders were very good. Last night service was slow but there was a lot of people. Food at our happy hour was scrumptious. Breakfast buffet was also good.

The Chef Fernando Beltran, Sebastian, Alexa, Hector, Julian and Marco are another example of the staff from this hotel that goes above and beyond, making you feel like you are home.

The food is great and is different and exciting. But oh my gosh the service is slow and it's impossible to find a server or bartender. They literally disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Really? Takes 25 minutes consistently to get your food.

Beata was the best bartender! But she is moving to Boston... Happy her sister Joanna is still behind the bar!

The breakfasts here are excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly.

I enjoy the fact that Monday through Friday they have cocktail hour from 5-7pm with half price drinks in Fusions Lounge and free apps. And that they offer free Wii Game and Guitar Hero as well

Try the grouper it is fantastic and the steaks are cut to order by the once hence (Oz) and hit the fusion lounge for an after diner drink and a game of Wii or guitar hero. Good times.
