The staff is very kind and friendly and is very anxious to please you. When we came we had trouble with our balcony door and was immediately offered an alternate room which we are very happy with.

Escabeche Red Snapper was one of the best dishes I've eaten in a very long time. So fresh and full of flavor! Great local craft beer selection and excellent service from Sergio to boot! Truly an unknown gem amongst the masses of restaurants in the area.

Was here for a rehearsal dinner, and they had a buffet. The salad and salmon (almost perfectly cooked) were good (7/10), and steak was okay (4/10). Good atmosphere, I had a good time.

Really really good food and good service!! Had the blackened mahi-mahi wrap with a side salad. The wrap was delicious and the side salad was quality mixed greens, diced tomatoes, shaved carrots and cucumber slices. Last night I tried the coconut shrimp and the grouper sliders... both delicious! Looking forward to dinner this evening!

The food was really really good. Stayed there three nights and had dinner there all 3 nights. 1st night spent out by the pool and great having them wait on us there. Bar tenders were very good. Last night service was slow but there was a lot of people. Food at our happy hour was scrumptious. Breakfast buffet was also good.

The breakfast buffet is $15 per head and it's located inside the hotel so I don't have to venture out. I didn't have to pay so I was wondering that maybe the free upgrade of my room included breakfast. Until my actual birthday 8/14/2016, Adrian (the restaurant manager *my birthday twin*) showed me a letter from Jakob R that he gave me complimentary breakfast for my entire days that I am staying at the hotel after speaking with my good friend Andrea G. That was thee most sweetest thing and I feel so special especially I was traveling alone =)

The food is great and is different and exciting. But oh my gosh the service is slow and it's impossible to find a server or bartender. They literally disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Really? Takes 25 minutes consistently to get your food.

I enjoy the fact that Monday through Friday they have cocktail hour from 5-7pm with half price drinks in Fusions Lounge and free apps. And that they offer free Wii Game and Guitar Hero as well

Try the grouper it is fantastic and the steaks are cut to order by the once hence (Oz) and hit the fusion lounge for an after diner drink and a game of Wii or guitar hero. Good times.
