If you put a gun to my head and tell me to order from this place again or die, I’d tell you to pull the trigger. Absolutely terrible service, mediocre food at exorbitant prices for what you’re getting. Me and my parents waited 20 minutes for 3 smoothies, With only 3 other customers in the store. Let’s figure it out, tropical smoothie.

They don't adhere to their 3rd party delivery contract. They do not trust the built-in accountability of the software. They are ultimately trying to make drivers responsible for their negligence in package orders properly.

Smoothie was great! Ready on time with my mobile order. Only thing was we selected curbside from the options in the app, and this location doesn’t actually offer curbside, only indoor pickup

I’ve been to just about every TSC location in Palm Beach County. This one on PGA Blvd has to be my favorite by far. I work near and around the area and I make it my business to come by and grab food from this particular location during my lunch break because of the awesome, quick, and friendly service of my guy Patrick and Ms. Cheryl. 10/10 people and service! Definitely coming back!

Negative Review for Tropical Smoothie Cafe on PGA Boulevard

I had a terrible experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, the cashier was incredibly rude and pushy. The first thing she did was yell at me, asking if I had an online order. Her tone was completely uncalled for and set a bad tone right away.

When I tried to browse the menu, she impatiently asked, “What do you want?” I asked for a moment to decide, and she repeated the question twice, each time with more attitude. Her behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome.

I expected a friendly and relaxed environment, not to be rushed or treated rudely. Customer service here needs serious improvement. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Great location! Patrick is the best

Shop needs professional cleaning. This smell is really annoying. I can't understand how you can stand it. It smells like a dirty and old mop and you can still smell it even when you leave the shop! The drinks and staff are awesome by the way. 👍🏼
