Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The front door notification that tells “front door” as you walk in scared the Jesus out of me lol. But the place was clean, the ladies were friendly, helpful, kind, fast and efficient. My smoothie even says Happy Friday which made me smile. Great experience today!

This place is absolutely fast and making your order ready. I placed an online order for pick up and arrived and actually sat outside waiting as it was for a curbside no one came in, so I decided to go inside at the time for pick up when I got inside my food and my smoothies were already made, and in the pick up box but unfortunately, they were made it seems upon my order which made my sandwich cold and my smooth not as slush as usual. Everyone was friendly when I came inside they greeted me upon arrival and I didn’t mention the food or a drink issue.

I have been coming here for a few years now. The staff was great along with the smoothies. The last few months things have definitely changed the smoothies are not good anymore consistency is totally different and after drinking a quarter of it, it becomes u drinkable. I really hope they can get things back the way it was.

The last couple times that I've been there, the employees were arguing amongst themselves, the place feels dirty. The last time I was there in line, I looked around and said I did not want to eat here. Not sure who is managing this location, but they need to do something or they're gonna lose a lot of business.

Smoothie was so bad I had to go home and fix it.

Experience was horrible it’s a lady running front goes by the name shanta very nasty attitude the food wasn’t fresh waited over 14 minutes they rushed me to place my order i definitely wouldn’t be going back to that location ever again at least not in the day time

Worst experience ever! Called in to corporate to report it and received a call from the same employee that was there named Ricky stating he is the store manager now. Unbelievable they would have a store manager that didn’t care that his own employee was so rude to us that our kids didn’t want to stay and wanted to leave. Will never give my money to a company that doesn’t care about their customers.

Omg I’ve been to this location a few times but it was slow a few days ago and shauntae was very helpful and kind. I was in a rash but I couldn’t even express that cause the timely manner of my order was excellent I had to give a great review :) keep up the great work

Tried to go in about 30 minutes before they closed and they said they were closed already

If you put a gun to my head and tell me to order from this place again or die, I’d tell you to pull the trigger. Absolutely terrible service, mediocre food at exorbitant prices for what you’re getting. Me and my parents waited 20 minutes for 3 smoothies, With only 3 other customers in the store. Let’s figure it out, tropical smoothie.
