The food was not so great. Some food came out hot and some food came out cold. I’ve also definitely tasted much better chinese food before. Our waitress was nice, though.

I displeased with my meal and i notified the waitress and the chef or owner basically came and yelled at me in front the whole restaurant and told me “ You dont know what you’re talking about”… great customer service bud!

Horrible customer service, so I have my card locked, and when it was time to pay the bill after me and my four children dined in I put my card on the tray, I tried to unlock my card before the server came to pick it up as I got distracted by my children, and I told the guy to give me a second, he takes my card and runs to the POS system and charges my card and it declined because my card is locked, he screams out over the entire restaurant and tells me that my card declined… Trying to embarrass me … The service from the server was good but the manager or the owner whoever that is is rude as hell Cause the server got no tip because of that behavior. Then proceeded to talk trash about me and my kids on the way out the door. Coming from a server, I know exactly what it takes to give exceptional service when serving a guest. When my guest card declined, I wrote a discrete note on the receipt paper stating to provide another form of payment, so that I didn’t embarrass them in front of their family and friends. They commended me and gave me a higher tip. There are ways to do things and the way they handled me and my family was unacceptable, We will not be returning And it explains why your restaurant has a three star.
Spent $70 at this restaurant i didn’t leave a tip on the machine.Went back to discuss what tip to leave with my family when the old chinese man who was staring at me and my whole family the whole time came up to me and had the nerves to tell say i could’ve left a tip and started to go off about a tip to me??!I left the restaurant didn’t say a dam thing and i sure as hell didn’t leave a tip ASKING FOR A TIP IS CRAZY WORKS!The facts i was going to tip but i was literally discussing it with my family.Never will i come here again

Hands down best Chinese food I’ve had here in Florida since moving from
Boston 13 years ago!! Uncle Joe’s is the way to go if you want great tasting Chinese. We personally enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken, the pork lo mein, egg rolls and the crab rangoons.

I was so excited to try this place because of the reviews but I was quickly disappointed. Not only was the food flavor off the portion for the price is ridiculous! The best thing I had was the egg roll and that's saying alot. Another restaurant on my never again list!

$30 plus dollars for a small beef lo mein, chicken lettuce and an spring roll~ that’s RIDICULOUS. Like you all are crazy for that. I would literally order from even Yin Can Cool before I ever order from here ever again. You can go out to eat for that. That’s just insane. Like for real lolol

Uncle Joe’s - delicious food at great prices- lunch $10 with soup, egg roll, entree, fried rice and so much you’ll need a doggie bag - what’s nice is the atmosphere quiet booths, nice decor and immaculate clean. The service is excellent too.
