Voodoo Bayou

Food was amazing from the wood fired oysters to the jambalaya & half price bottles on Mon. Only down side is the minimal lighting making it very, very dark. Will definitely return!

Great service and vibe. Very tasty cajun food at solid relative prices. Everything was good. Especially the beignets, which we would make a special trip back for.

Waiter was awesome Kinda noisy but good is outstanding wasn't crowded as much as we expected tho Thanksgiving is this week A tad pricey but food was really good

I've been here before but on a Saturday during dinner rush, and going for lunch on a Friday was absolutely great! Everything was delicious, I was extremely happy with the food and my drink. It just brought back memories from when I actually went to New Orleans.

Kayla was an excellent server. She was personable and so sweet! I loved how she sat with us and gave us suggestions. The one disappointing part was that you don't have those delicious meatballs anymore! We love those meatballs! Bring them back, please!

The food was absolutely amazing!! The drinks were great!! The staff is usually really great. Though my last visit, I was lest than impressed with my waitress!! The atmosphere and ambiance is always nice. I will definitely come back, hoping I dont have the same person.

We went out on Halloween night to celebrate my mom's birthday and my parents anniversary The ambiance was super cool, & a lot of people was dressed in Halloween spirit which added to the fun! The food was nice and the service too. The starters for our table of Deviled eggs, gumbo & wings were quite yummy. The cocktails were top notch. My parents had Hurricanes which they loved & I had the Pimp Chalice which was superb, hubby had the Depeche Mode which was just ok. The entrees were shrimp & grits (very good) Crabcake & salmon ( very good) Jambalaya ( was just ok not much flavor). The band was setting up around 9:30 & sounded pretty good for the few songs we heard before it was time to head out as we were there from 7:30. We took home Beignets & bread pudding for later which were very nice. Overall a lovely evening. It is costly, but good for a special occasion:-)

I enjoyed the vibe, the fried oysters were great ands well as the shrimp etoufee. I'll be back. Server was helpful and friendly.

Everything from the service, the ambience, the great staff member Cass, and food for a first time visit was top notch. And to add there was live music on Saturday night.

Absolutely cool place to dine at. Food was great as well as the drinks. Atmosphere was great as well I do like the fact that I forgot our servers name. What a great guy!!

The music was a little too loud for conversation. That was my main complaint. And the hostess tried to seat us right by the kitchen, even tho the whole restaurant was basically empty. Not cool.

We went to Voodoo Bayou with friends for an early dinner. Our server, Cass, was AMAZING!! She knew the menu, made suggestions, and got our drinks out fast. The whole experience was great. The food is incredible, and there is a lot of variety to choose from. We had appetizers as well. I highly recommend the BBQ shrimp and the biscuits. Steaks were good too. This is a great place to unwind, get together, and just relax with good music, food, and a server who really knows her stuff!

Although the atmosphere was nice, the food was just ok. Items I wanted to try off the menu were sold out, so that was disappointing. The drinks are good though.

Everything was good every course of the meal was fresh and hot. Amy was a great waitress. Our daughter made a mess and she did not make a fuss to help clean it up even reminded us that this is her job and to enjoy our experience. Hope to have her as our waitress again without my daughter making a mess of course lol. This was our first time visiting voodoo Bayou for a birthday celebration and they did not disappoint will definitely be back again.

Andrew our waiter was very attentive & everything was delicious including our drinks- highly recommend 😎
