The twin lobster dinner was flavorful and was a very pleasant surprise. The price was very good.

It was something no one should experience. We were ignored after being seated and tables came in after us received full service before. We were sat right by the waiters station at that. I've worked years in the biz and know being busy shouldn't have been an excuse. Once again we were sat by waiters station. Someone could have seen We had no waters or anything. I tried getting the attention of some waiters and they ignored me. Eventually we got a server but had to leave due to the treatment.

We love this fun casual restaurant with great food, service & live music! Our “go to place” for date night!

We ate outside which was great! There was live music inside and dancing but quiet outside! Good food & service.

Our server only came to our table a couple of times; most of the service was handled by another staff member whose name we didn’t catch. The service overall felt slow and indifferent.

When the bill came, a tip had been added automatically. We didn’t feel the service justified it, so we asked the manager to adjust it, and he kindly issued a new receipt for us to add our own tip amount and sign. However, our bank statement later showed the original higher charge.

When we called to resolve it, we were told to wait a couple of days. On follow-up, the person who answered refused to transfer us and hung up. We immediately called back and were greeted by the same voice, who then claimed to be the manager. We’re still waiting for a refund but it sounds like they are working on it.

Unfortunately, due to the poor service and disorganized billing, we can’t recommend this restaurant.

We had ahi tuna app and brussel sprouts app and they were great. Split the sure and turf and it was fabulous. Great as always!

The food was all delicious and I was surprised that the pizza was better then expected (even though we bought it for the kid) and our server Leon was as more then amazing, explained the menu perfectly and accommodated us amazingly.

Saturday night - music was great. Prime rib special is the best you will find anywhere including specialty steak houses. And you can't beat the price. Also Blackened salmon with beet salad was fantastic. We have been returning each week for the last 5 weeks. That says it all. I highly recommend it.

Best Pizza, best drinks and Larry makes sure everything keeps the best standards with his amazing management. Thank you for everything.

We've been coming to the resort and using the Islander Grill. We had a chicken sandwich the roll was bigger than the chicken placed on it. Last night we went to dinner and I ordered a Mahi sandwich. What a joke. The owner is giving horrible portions while charging 19.00 for a sandwich. I'll never eat here again.

The music in the dining room way toooooo loud!! Even after our server asked the musician to lower the sound it was still too loud! We had to speak very loudly to each other to be heard. We finished our appetizer and asked our server to have our entrees prepared to go. Our server, Jeff, was great and completely understood. The appetizer and entrees were very good. Thankfully the entrees didn't suffer any by taking them to go. The entrees were still warm when we got back to our hotel.

Food is amazing. Live music at the time that sounded nice but a bit loud to hear if you sit inside. I’m definitely going back.

Great food and even more amazing service. Christine, our waitress was absolutely amazing. Whole lobster and the bread rolls are fantastic!
