Lobster dinner was awesome. Gentleman who served salads and entrees was very nice and helpful. Waitress who took our order and barely returned to check on us was not very good. She would come back and apologize stating she had a big party to serve. There were only four of us. Not a good excuse in our eyes. My friend never even got his soda. No water refills from her. Other waitresses were handling a lot of tables very well. We like going here while in Palm Beach, good food and great entertainment.

We enjoyed our meal, however the music was so loud we couldn't talk to each other nor the server. I think the volume could be a little lower

Go see Chantel and all the other nice folks. Enjoy great food, drinks, and some really nice live music. Prices are friendly for all of us that are zillionaires. What a nice place ... Food came out perfect and service was so great! Great Stop!

The service was excellent and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The island motif and the live entertainment created a very pleasant atmosphere. Kind of a retro feel to it. We will be going back.

Had a group of 10. Everything was really good. Even the live entertainment. And the music wasn't to loud. Dinner and a show. 2 thumbs up.

The music was very nice however there were kids taking over the dance door singing and acting silly which did not make for an enjoyable evening management should have said something.

Our waitress Candace was wonderful and we loved our food. The drinks were not great (not watered down just not tasty). Indoors the live music was crazy loud but we were happy outside. The entire resort is run down and dingy, which extends to the restaurant. The menu is a little haphazard but definitely recommend trying it. The food was top notch.

Our waitress spilled club soda with cranberry juice all over the table; getting it on one person's white pants and purse. She had to be told to help clean it up. She resented having to do so. She never apologized or offered to compensate us. She was more interested in hanging with friends at another table (who were loud and obnoxious). Very disappointed

Great reviews are warranted because both the waitperson and the chef were very accommodating to my restricted diet and as a result, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!

We had a great breakfast in this restaurant! The service was great, food was very good and ambience can't be beat!

Waitress was nice, but it took a very long time to get a drink, get the food and get our bill. The food was just okay.

After dining at the pink hotel since 2018 this is the first time I got up and walked out. We were a party of 6 we waited 35 minutes before anyone came to the table not even a glass of water was served. There were several other tables that also got up and left. No explanation was given not even from the manager. Very sad to have to report this as I always enjoyed myself in the past.

Very disappointed with our experience this evening. My wife and 2 girls are down here for spring break. Our evening started with water being served in styrofoam cups with straws. The atmosphere, food, service are no comparison to Sailfish Marina, Waterway Cafe, or City Cellar Wine Bar and Grill. Not even close! Prices are similar. Food was marginal or OK at best. Nothing special or great. Heard that they included tip in their bills. I asked our waiter if this was included, he said “no”. I looked through our bill. It looked confusing. The food is itemized and then there is a total. The total amount of the itemized food does not equal the total bill amount. 25% gratuity is secretly added as “other”. Below the total, they ask for additional gratuity to be added. I really did not like that the waiter lied to us and tried to get us to tip again. Very unprofessional and deceiving. I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

I don't know why this place received such high reviews. The ambience was sub-par, and the food was equivalent to something you would find at Denny's. We were not at all impressed with the with this restaurant and won't return.

Opentable Diner

This was a nice gem connected to the resort space. The chilean sea bass, stuffed lobster, and grouper were superb! There was a live jazz band and a small dance floor located around the tables. This was a dining experience that offered great food and music. The guests dining ranged from couples to families with young children. I would recommend this dining experience as family friendly. Would highly recommend all the seafood dishes!
