My girlfriends and I were so excited to try Echo for our dinner, as we’ve heard great things. Unfortunately the dinner didn’t start off well, we waited 25 minutes to be greeted by our server meanwhile 2 tables over someone was seated after us and they were greeted, and got their drinks before us. It could have been a simple mistake but I expect more from a Breakers restaurant. And it didn’t help that we were the only black table there so it initially felt like a slight....
Visited last night and it absolutely delivered. The atmosphere is upscale but still comfortable great energy without feeling loud or rushed. Service was attentive and knowledgeable, and everything came out perfectly timed.
Echo of Palm Beach is truly Wife’s favorite restaurant, and I couldn't agree with him more. We've visited this place several times, and it never fails to impress us with its outstanding food and top-notch service. What's even more remarkable is that this restaurant is owned by the prestigious Breakers Hotel.
