This has got to be some of the freshest sushi I’ve ever had! I’m a big sushi lover with trying many places all over the country. Imoto at Buccan has got to be on top of my list. Our waitress was fantastic. Sorry I can't remember her name. Long dark hair. Very pretty. Even my husband commented on how great she was. I remember we discussed dessert and she said she had ice cream before her shift. 🤣 Anyways she was great and so was the food.
Sat an hour late after our reservation, with no apology from staff. Otherwise sushi was very good, especially super salmon roll, sashimi felt more cold and a block rather than melt in your mouth.
