It was around 12:30 I I called mc Donald's before hand to ask if the milkshake/ice cream machine was working they didn't answer the 6 times I've called, I ordered the 2 milkshakes and fries THERE MACHINE IS ALWAYS BROKEN I paid for the Mc Donald's for them to tell me your machine is broken. I do not appreciate this

Does not care about allergies!I am allergic to onions, my tongue will swell up and it will be hard for me to breathe as it fills my mouth.I bought a double quarter pounder with cheese with 2 extra patties and no onions. Nothing else, no drink no fries nothing complex.It had extra onions and only 1 of my 2 extra patties.I went back and they fixed the issue but I shouldn't have had to.

They mess up my orders all the time! Especially when customizing.

Food can be hit or miss with quality and they will almost certainly mess up if you customize your order. Adding an extra patty more than half of the times I've gone they mess it up and just don't put it on. If you put no onions half the time they will put extra. Things like that.Friendly and helpful staff for when they do mess up, they make it right.

It was my first time using the McDonald's app. My friend said it's great, you can just go to the window and give them the code to get your food. So, I placed my order and went to the drive-thru to get it. There was an opening in the line because other cars were still placing their orders at the speaker. Mine was already ordered, paid for, and ready for pickup, so I pulled in an opening. Immediately, the worker had an attitude. The first words out of his mouth were, "Is there something wrong with your order?" I said no, I am picking up an app order. He said you can't cut in line like that. I apologized profusely and explained that I wasn't trying to "cut" , I was new at using the app. He could have given me my food, but he made me drive back around. I had to wait in line behind a bunch more cars at this point, just to go to the speaker and give them my order number, which he could have taken at the window. I was polite and apologetic. He could have given me my food and explained how to do it next time. To make me drive back around was wrong. Why should you use the app to order ahead if you have to wait in the line anyway? Now I'm upset and asked to speak to a manager. They told me he wasn't available and I had to come in. I have a boot on my foot, a handicapped son, and my dog in the car. I couldn't leave them to go in. That's why I ordered ahead to begin with.So I asked for the manager at the 2nd window, and miraculously, he was available! The fries were ice cold at this point. It was for my son, not me. There is always something at this McDonald's. I won't use it again even tho it's by my house.
