Hit or miss. Mainly go in for something and end up standing around while staff behind the counter doesn't want to make eye contact with you cause they know they will have to do something.
I don't know what's going on but I've ordered a basic 2 cheese burger meal about 3 times now and I get it without onions because I just don't lime onions especially not mcdonalds onions. STOP cooking the burgers with onions.. this isn't white castle. Not everyone likes the flavor of onions and I can tell the burgers are cooked ontop of the onions because they're on the bottom obviously and half caramelized....please stop doing that it soaks into the burger and taste of straight...read full review

Always backed in the drive thru and constantly losing customers over their "kiosks". In this 1 visit, I saw 3 diferent customers get turned away and asked to use the kiosk to order. They all left instead.
