I really can't believe I hadn't visited AI before and am so glad I finally did. Mainly because it is on the other side of town and I usually go out closer to home though... The sushi was very good as well as the rest of the meal I had including soft shell crab (pictured)! It is a smaller, more intimate setting staffed by husband and wife owners, both very hard workers I observed. The portions were just enough and the cost for most menu items were VERY reasonable in today's...
There's a reason this place is the oldest Japanese restaurant in Palm Coast and have outlasted newer much hyped about fancier Japanese and Sushi restaurants that are now gone. The reason? Simply because serve fresh and tasty Sushi and Sashimi at a reasonable price!
