Cantina Louie is a lovely restaurant in Palm Coast known for its great food and outstanding service. The chips and salsa are very tasty and fresh, and portions are very generous. Popular dishes include the burrito supreme, chicken taquitos, fajitas, and the surf and turf quesadilla, though some note it can be a bit salty. The Tacos look so good that customers have been known to eat them immediately. The margaritas, including the Frojo Jo, are excellent and delicious, especially during happy hour. Service is attentive, quick, and efficient, with a spirit of cooperation among all staff, including fantastic bartenders and friendly management. While the restaurant can get very busy, meals are served amazingly quickly. The atmosphere is generally good, though some note the music can be very low. With very reasonable prices, it is a wonderful place that comes highly recommended.
