I discovered this place a few months ago and have not stopped coming here since. I eat here 1-2 times a week. I’ve had almost everything on the menu and everything is delicious. I’ve introduced Copper Lotus to my boyfriend and family and they all come here when they can. My monthly menu item obsession rotates. Right now, the chicken Cesar salad in a wrap is my fixation. Quaint cafe with an outgoing and friendly owner/barista/chef! My wife and I got the Simms and Blaze lattes with a B/E/C Everything Bagel and a breakfast burrito with steak and jalapeños. $30 with a tip.
Perfectly thin and crispy burrito tortilla and both our breakfasts and lattes were full of flavor. We're pretty sure we'll be getting breakfast there tomorrow morning too!

This place is such a hidden gem! It’s located in the hospital complex, yet very easy to find. Just go through the main entrance of the building maps lead you to and follow the signs. I love their coffee and croissant sandwich. Their muffins are elite as well and the staff are always super friendly too. Copper Lotus is always a go to stop for my sister and I when we’re traveling on I-95!
